'Sovereign Tamil Nation' Seeking Their Own Law And Order In Sri Lanka? Publicised By The Ceylon Tamil Teacher's Union On Behalf Of The LTTE A Waste Of Their Time!

World Council Of Sinhala Peers For LankaWeb

An interesting but rather humorous news item broadcast on Tamil Propaganda Websites such as TamilNet and also displayed on the InfoLanka Website as of late suggests that organization by name of the Ceylon Tamil Teacher's Union (probably another front for the LTTE ) has urged that the outlawed LTTE should seek 'their own' Law and Order which should be under 'their' interim administration to safeguard 'their' sovereignty." and has urged LTTE leader in hiding Velupillai Pirapaharan ( also outlawed and unrecognized officially by many major world powers) to secure an interim administration for the Northeast without giving up even in the least measure the Tamil Nation's Sovereignity! so what is this Tamil Nation being refered to and what sovereignity thereof asks the World Council Of Sinhala Peers?

Would they perchance be refering to Tamil Nadu in South India also with no claim to sovereignity within the Indian Sub-continent of Indian People? There seems to be a slight mixup of terminologies and misconstrued definitions which need to be set right for the record that while a Tamil Community does exist as a 25% minority within Sri Lanka a Nation with over19 million inhabitants, the rest of which consists of a greater percentage of its vast majority categorized as the Sinhala or Sinhalese Nation, there has been no evidence thus far in all of Sri Lanka's recorded history of the existence of a Tamil Nation as such other than the one which the outlawed LTTE and its miscreants are trying to create!
Chronicled Ancient History indicates that for a brief period of time there was a medieval Dravidian Ruler by name of Elara who ruled ancient Sri Lanka forcibly and was eventually ousted and vanquished by the noblest of Sinhala Monarchs by name of Dutugemunu after whom the land has continuously belonged to the majority Sinhala Race which endured three colonial occupations and for a minority race of 25%tolerated mainly on the principle of Buddhist Ahimsa and the proportionate inherant rights of the descendants of imported migrant workers, somewhat miniscule, to have aspirations to a land which does not really belong to them seems preposterous in summing up either a joke gone bad or a disproportionately obtuse concept of subversive idealogues striving for survival without thyme or reason aligned to reality!
There can be no validity whatsoever for the proposed Interim Administration as demanded by the LTTE which according to their supportives should have unilateral power over land, security, finance, judiciary and education, according to the CTTU memorandum which would be unacceptable in terms of International Law and the Constutution of the Sovereign Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka within the Commonwealth of Nations and the sooner the proponents of this concept are disillisioned about it, the better off it would be for the entire Nation of Sri Lanka of which the Tamil Community is nonetheless an acceptable part together with its Muslim and other visible minorities while bearing in mind that within the Sovereign Democracy of Sri Lanka there can be no separate control of Administrative power by a parallel entity of governance unless secession was acceded to and perhaps a pipe dream of the LTTE and their Eelam.

The Sri Lankan Administration therefore under any leadership would be duty bound by law and its constitutionalized accords set in place by her founding fathers to defend Sovereignity and Territorial Integrity which primarily belongs to the Sinhala Nation which the outlawed LTTE through all their posturings and manouverings are attempting to wrest illegally from the Sinhala Nation without having any right or a legal mandate to do so and the Ceylon Tamil Teachers Union in publicising it on behalf of the LTTE are probably wasting their time!.
