Women have a right to wear what they want

With reference to the article on the above caption Mr. Ramesh Ekanayake hits it on the head when he says ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-there is nothing wrong in displaying oneƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s beauty in a decent wayƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚.
The question is ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-what is the decent way?ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚
There is no consensus on that matter. When girls keep raising their hemlines, discarding their outer garments and opt to come out in their lingerie, wear even the saree in the most atrocious way ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” showing off tight fitting blouses, or with no blouse at all to talk about, (thinking it is the alluring way) ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” who decides what is decent?
On the other hand, women are human beings- capable of much more than a man in many things, mentally and emotionally, if not stronger physically. Even physically they are capable of some things that men are incapable of ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” like the pregnancy and breast feeding. They should be appreciated at these values not at just the skin deep beauty.
Beauty should be appreciated by the husband, as a whole, which will be decided by a combination of all these ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” not merely the size of their bosoms or the thighs.
That is what we call decency. Decency in giving the credit where it is due.
