After letting my belly stop doing somersaults laughing at your ranting over my writings about the Tamil Tigers in your Open Letter to Lankaweb, I decided to try and find out who really you were by Googling your name.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ All what I found out was that there is a Paul George in British Columbia who is interested in luxury tours in Sri Lanka.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ However, you may not be the person from British Columbia, but my search helped to satisfy my curiosity.
Nevertheless, Paul George, who ever you are, I refuse to provide you with oxygen by responding in detail to your idiot hurl of charges at me, but I will leave you with just two incidents to squash your finger pointing at ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-Asoka WeeraingheƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s racial attack on Tamil women and Tamil culture.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ And I am going to leave it at that, and let you go on ranting at me, if you so wishƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦and provide me with more belly somersaulting laughs.
Incident 1:ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ When no Tamil man in Canada came to defend their Tamil culture when OttawaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s lawyer Matt Garvey argued in court to defend a Tamil man for kidnapping a Tamil woman to be a Sri Lankan Tamil cultural trait, do you know who came to the Tamil menƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s defense in public?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ You are not going to believe it Paul George!ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Sit down on a comfortable chair before you fall down in shock and hurt yourself.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It was your racist, Asoka Weerasinghe.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ This is the letter that was published in The Ottawa Citizen on Friday, September 12, 2003.

This gesture implies that she is now tied to his community and now takes the responsibility to uphold the ethnic, cultural position and status of his family.
However, the lawyer gives the impression that Tamil men have the habit of kidnapping women to force them to accept the thali.
This is nonsense.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Generally, Tamil men know and are respectful of this cultural tradition, which also inculcates them to respect their mothers, sisters, daughters and women in general.
What Mr. Nadarajah did was to break the golden rule of Canada, to live by the law of the land that gave him this privilege to live here.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ He cannot just kidnap Tamil women willy-nilly, as they have the freedom to walk in the open 24 hours a day in Canada without being harassed.
It was kidnapping for lust, not because kidnapping a Tamil woman who he wanted to marry was an accepted tradition in the rich Tamil culture.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Incident 2:ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ On December 5, 1994, your Tamil racist Asoka Weerasinghe gets a phone call from a Montreal lawyer, who said that one of his Tamil clients, a 72-year old male, a bachelor in the medical field, who had lived abroad since the mid-1950s had passed away and the Will had named the Sinhalese Asoka Weerasinghe as the person who should be responsible to disperse his estate and make funeral arrangements. I knew him as a friend.

People will try to slander you to silence you, as most probably you are in the way of their meticulously planned campaign of misinformation about the events in SriLanka and its majority community the sinhalese. This campaign of their’s up to now has brought them rewards in the form of easy permanent residency in the economically rich nations, social security benefits meant for genuine refugees, grants and other funds for bogus charitable organisations run by these people, some of which are LTTE front organisations and their ability to continue with other unethical activities.
Asoka W, I do admire your courage and commitment to expose these cunning, shameless groups who are engaged in unfair and unethical practices. I do hope you will continue with your good work for the sake of the true victims of the crisis in SriLanka, resulting mainly from the discriminatory policies adopted by the Colonial Powers during their rule of SriLanka over several centuries and now being perpetuated by the enemies of SriLanka.
