Once againƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is becoming painfully obviousƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ that ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moonƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ isƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ dancing to the tunes of his American Peers within the American Administration as well as listening to the whispers of the likes ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  UN’s Naveen Pillai, undisputed champion of a huge pro Tamil Diaspora lobby which of course she will never admit to!ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  whereƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Moon might as well be dancing on the Moon with his comical dispersions of responsibility thatƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ can be likened to a puppet on a string held by the Obama Administration and none other.

The recent body language of the UNƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  suggests that it may yet ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ launch a war crimes probe against Sri Lanka despite all the relatedƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ speculative assumptions which were confounded and proven to be incorrect and inaccurate in similar past attempts which not only portrays Ban Ki Moon as an incompetent administrator but also depicts his transparencies as a UN leader with no proper agenda often clutching at straws and repeating the idealogies of others like a repetitive parrotƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ to fortify his repertoire as UN Leader tantamount to aƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ mindless robot manipulated by certain powers that be towards their particularƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ directionƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ .

It was virtually proved beyond a doubt that the Government of Sri Lanka was never responsible for war crimes, there was no real war by definition but an armed insurrection by terroristsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ to annexƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Sovereign TerritoryƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ which lasted close to three decades and eventually put down to the satisfaction of all ethnicities including the minority Tamils manyƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ who acknowledge todayƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ that it was not the Government but the Tamil Tiger terrorists led by their nefarious leader Velupillai Prabhakaran that committed the worst imaginable attrocities on both the Nation of Sri Lanka as well as his own Tamil community where in the end they had to be rescued and redeemed by the Government of Sri Lanka and its armed forces.

While there isn’t a shred of evidence beyond speculation that the Government of Sri Lanka ever committed war crimes, there is a reference to aƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ forthcoming release of a report by a three-member panel appointed by the UNSGƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  which seems to suggest yetƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ another ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ UN sponsored war crimes probe, which not only needs to be confronted by the GOSL as a deliberate intent to discredit it ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ but alsoƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ questioned for its veracity and intentƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  while pulling out all the stops to expose the transparencies of those behind itƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ and also asking them a few questions that will probably stop them in their tracks once and for all.

In this respect there is a growing concern among many analysts who constantly monitorƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ activities by the UN and the USA relative to Sri Lankan matters thatƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the recently released US State Department report on Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s Human Rights situation could be part of a plan by the West to target Sri Lanka and if this is indeed the case both the UN and the USA need to be asked to get real, focus attentions to areas of real Human Rights violations around the globe and stop persisting in wrongfully accusing a Nation which has aspired to restore the human rights of all citizens notwithstanding a bunch of retards who have not given up their hopes of resurging as secesssional terror based dreamers to set up an imaginary as well as futile homeland for a minority that is already being looked after by the present administration!

Despite contrary views by its adversaries amongst whom even the Unites States seems to be a link, preposterous as it sounds! but not impossible given some of the research done towards establishing realities, it is even alleged by some that the latest State Department report has betrayed the Obama AdministrationƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s hostility towards Sri Lanka and the Rajapaksa Government which if proven true depicts a whole new perspective about the pros and cons of Sri Lankan/ American relations and somerthing for the American administration to chew onƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  perhapsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and set the record straight if necessary!

To add to the plot which seems to thicken, it is alleged that the ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ US Ambassador in Colombo, Patricia ButenisƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ has targeted the President and members of his family by certain statements made which cannot go uncontested and if the UN and the USA continue to respond to vague and baseless calls that Sri Lanka needs a restoration of democracy, they need to get their facts right, re evaluate their definitions of diplomatic protocols and refurbish their concepts of democracy which within their own domain at times seem to go by the boards to suit their own conveniencesƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  particularly when it comes to unilateral invasions of sovereign nations based on speculative paranoia or motivations which do not meet the common eye!

There seems no need for clandestine bartering with the UN or the US ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ of the nature said to beƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ suggested by the External Affairs Ministry to settle the issue of “War Crimes” asƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ categorically no war crimes have ever been evident in the Government confrontation with the Temil Tiger terrorists who visibly proved their intent to destroy a Sovereign NationƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ as there seems to be more to the definition linked to correct culpabilityƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ if the modus operandi of the United States with respect to what the troops do and have done ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ in many invasive conflagarations which they had little justification for going back to Vietnam,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Operation Desert Storm, The Invasion of both Iraq and Afghanistan, all of which can be defined as sovereign territories where the liabilities have in glaring case histories been swept under a carpet of justification being the superpower they areƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ and many innocents have paid for with their lives.

Veritably ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the Government of Sri Lanka needsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ to recognise the threat posed by the UN’s allegedly intended ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ action to reinstate the War Crimes probeƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ and American hostilities related theretoƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ if proven accurate and take appropriate measures without resorting to clandestine negotiationsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ with the UNƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  also purported in letting the word know there is nothing to hide, not forgetting the distinct possibility of Tamil Diaspora involvement and coercion towards instigation as in the overall scheme of things and given undisputable evidenceƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ it can only be the Terrorist Tamil Tigers who are responsible for the accusations levelled at the Government and the uncanny knack of the accusers to falsify and distort evidence which surely points to disgruntled pro-active Tamil Tiger sympathisers with a bit of help from anti Government reactionaries within Sri Lanka who would do anything to discredit the present Administration who also need to be taken to task!
