Damning Sri Lankaâ€â€ÂÂMoon panel’s conspiracy against a sovereign state

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Having assembled a biased threesome to look into the accountability issues during the last days of the terrorist-led slaughter of innocent civiliansƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚Sinhala and Tamil, and Secretary General Ban-Ki Moon and his panel now talk of reprisals against a sovereign state. The panel recommendations are nothing but the continuation of a treacherous conspiracy against Sri Lanka. Moon panel and its findings must be condemned in no uncertain terms. It is an attempt to avenge the lost cause of the Tigers whose leadership got vanquished after a 26 year old war.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Sri Lanka has rejected the Moon Panel report out of hand. Rightly so. That panel pandered to the Western powers that are being used by the Tiger Diaspora to achieve their goals which they failed miserably to do militarily for over two decades.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Moon panels has met the avowed goals of the anti-Sri Lankan forces trying to penalise Sri Lanka for having thwarted the Western internationalistsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ pressure to throw a lifeline to the Tigers in 2009. The forces gravitating towards that vicious Tiger outfit had found the Moon panel a loaded grenade to be thrown at the victorious Sri Lankan people.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ We remember very well how Ban Ki-moon gave away his game plan the very day he handpicked his panel members. It is a travesty of justice that panelƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s chairman Marzuki Darusman was part of the International Independent Group of Eminent Persons (IIGEP), who left in a huff, having been involved in a presidential commission probe into some alleged violations of human rights and international humanitarian laws in Sri Lanka. It is a fact that there was bad blood between the government and those eminent persons. Darusman therefore is evidently hostile towards Sri Lanka. How can he be the chairman of a panel to impart a fair assessment of what transpired in Sri Lanka in 2009?
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Steven R. Ratner, whom the UNSG appointed to his panel, is also well known for his prejudice against Sri Lanka. He co-authored with Jason S. Abrams, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Accountability for Human rights: Atrocities in International Law-Beyond the Nuremberg LegacyƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢, in which it is suggested that the ban on apartheid be invoked in responding to ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”the plight of Kurds, the Tamils, the South Sudanese, Japanese of Korean originƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ etc (page 123).
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ RatnerƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s glaring bias against Sri Lanka disqualified him from carrying out his duties with an unprejudiced mind as a member of the Moon Panel. He is the best choice of the Western conspirators against Sri Lanka to achieve their ends.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The third member–Yasmin Sooka, a former Truth Commission member, is the Executive Director of the Foundation for Human Rights (FHR) in South Africa. Her outfit is heavily dependent on EU funds. The EU has allocated 25 million Euros for one of its programmes, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Access to Justice and Promotion of Constitutional Rights Programme (Strengthening Civil Society Participation)ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢, for a period of three years from 2009 to 2012. It is an outrage to think that EU will disburse only five million Euros through its local staff to civil society and the balance of 20 million Euros will be allocated to FHR! That Sooka has had no alternative but to do as the EU says as regards Sri Lanka is clear.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The whole world is aware how EU is using the GSP Plus trade concession etc to force even sovereign states like Sri Lanka to do its bidding. This is the most sinister method used by the Westerners using funds to sway NGOs into supporting attacks on sovereign states.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is time to fight this illegally set-up panelƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚totally biased and acting like a lackey of Tiger Diaspora to denounce and dictate terms to Sri Lanka. Moon and party should know that Sri Lankans will fight the unfair and biased dictates of a panel made to sing for their supper. Let it be known that Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s intentions are quite clearƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚no quarter will be asked and no quarter given in safeguarding the sovereignty of the country. Moon can make all the deals he wantsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚he cannot cajole us.

A succintly brilliant evaluation of the real objectives of the Ban Ki Moon panel and their disentitlement to be on this panel in the first place. It is also a portrayal of the rights of the Sri Lankan Government to state its case universally and to present to the world how bourgeoise the UN has tirned out to be in how it attempts to dictate terms to Sri Lanka and how important it is to confront this to dissuade the Moon Goons whose manifesto now suggets that a country’s sovereignity is less important than the agendas of those who try to ursurp it!

Thank you Philip for exposing the troika, the puppet of the colonialists.
In my opinion, right now, we have two choices. Back RanilW, the modern day Don Juan and let the colonialists and their NGO cohorts here pave the way to crate a Tamil Eelam or unite under President Rajapakse, the modern day Prince Diyasena and hold on to our unitary Sri Lanka.

This UN ‘Moon Panel’ is nothing more than an attempt to ‘Make the Eelam Corpse Walk’ by Western Powers (US, UK, France) at the urging of the LTTE sympathisers/operatives in the Tamil diaspora.
So, under the ‘Moon’, yesterday colonialists are doing ‘Voodoo’ to resurrect the ‘Eelam’ to help separatist Eelamists.
However, as the above article says “no quarter will be asked and no quarter given in safeguarding the sovereignty of the country.”

The more I think about it the more I am coming around to the idea that, as many Sri Lankan analysts maybe wrongly thought including Rohan Gunasena that the LTTE is only a creation as a result of the internal social structure and politics of Sri Lanka. I am coming around to the idea that the LTTE is in fact a creation of intelligence agencies outside Sri Lanka. Well it is quite conceivable that the LTTE is in fact a TOTAL creation of RAW (Indian Intelligence), Mossad (Isreali Intelligence), MI6 (British Intelligence) and French Intelligence etc working with each other.
Al Qaeda for example was created by CIA, MI6, Mossad, Saudi Intelligence to draw the Russians into Afghanistan to destabilise russia and collapse the country which they did. It is said that the Invasion of Afghanistan collapsed the Soviet Union.
So they use these terrorist groups as their secret army to destabilise countries and as a pretext to invade . Sri Lankan could very well have suffered the fate of Libya. I am not convinced that the Tamil diaspora is rich enough to supply the kind of weoponry that the LTTE got. It is quite possible that Vellupillai Prabhakaran and his blood thirsty comrades were created, armed, trained,funded and guided by this hidden hand, this secret army called the LTTE is now thanks to the superb fighting skills of the Sri Lankan armed forces and the Rajapakse brothers consigned to the pages of history, never to threaten humanity again.
However while the Sri Lanka defeated the LTTE, the big question remains were the creators of the LTTE, assuming that you believe in my conspiracy theory above although Rohan Gunasena might not agree with me, defeated also along with the LTTE?
The answer as we are finding out from Ban Ki Moon and the UN is definitely NOT!!!!
Sri Lanka managed to cut off the branch but didn’t cut off the tree from which the branch sprang from!
This means that the fight continues until we all wise up!
