It describes also the UK, France and other countries in the West. Sadly, our friends across the Palk Straits seem to have figured this is the foreign policy framework that has to be adopted if they are to qualify for membership among the big-boy thugs of the world.

ThatƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s just a minor details for those who have propped, defended and even saluted the worst terrorists the world has known as long as theyƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ve served strategic political and economic interests.
