We are proud that Sri Lanka is leading the way to develop the fisheries resources of the region. Organically grown fish is not yet available even in the west yet, as far as I know, and would prove to be a great success, if done properly.
Another viable project would be the production of Soy burghers, which comes in different fantastic flavors such as chicken, beef, savory, tex-mex, cheese, etc. but all vegetarian. These need to be frozen as does the fish.

A collective approach is definitely the way forward. Corruption is the only obstacle for growth within the region.
