It hadƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ been reported that President Rajapakse had sanctioned one million Rupees from the President’s FundƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ to meet UNP., MP.,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Jayalath Jayawardena’s medical billsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ , in the UK.
He had sent the Medical Bills to Ranil Wickremasinghe and he had passed the buck to the President. After he knew that someone is paying his bills, Jayalath had left for Paris for a second opinion about his surgery. Will all these bills be paid by the President’s Fund? And the money saved by the UNPƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ will be used for propagandaƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ against the govt.
Jayalth, his acolytes along with the LTTE backers did round the clock anti-war propganda during the war, calling for peace with the terrorists. And after the war, at the drop of a hat, ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ he runs to India to complaint against the govt., on Human Rights,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Accountability and so on.
There are well deserving cases , such as the handicapped soldiers who salvaged the country from the terrorists. It is the young rural boys and girlsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ living in wattle and daub houses who risked their lives and ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ went to the battle field.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is they who should beƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ supported from the Fund and not wealthy members of the Colombo elite UNP, who with the so called International Community does all the scheming against the govt., for a regime change.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is the UNP which should payƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Jayalath’s bills.

Its very FRUSTATING AND HUMILIATING that such a big ammount of President’s Fund been given to the BIGGEST TRAITOR,SUPPORTER OF LTTE WHO HAD WINE AND DINE WITH PRABHA AFTER A COOL BATH AT PRABHA’S SECRET POOL WITH MURDERER PRABHA, FOR A WELL PLANNED SURGERY IN UK!!!”

What about those people in the so called ” Border Villages” who so heroically defended the sovereignity and integrity of the country. We never hear of anything done to alleviate their problems. This traitor was doing everything in his capacity utilizing Catholic Church power to upset the nation efforts to rid itself of Tamil Racist Terrorism. Not a red cent of nations wealth should be used for the welfare of this rat nor others of his ilk.

Even though it is a good thing to help someone deserving and in real need, this traitor should have been behind bars for a long time. He does not deserve or need money as he has enough wealth stacked away in SL and outside it.
If he wants, the President should give money from his own pocket and not from money collected from the people in the President’s fund. There are much more deserving people and families in trouble who have done so much to save the country from LTTE terrorism and traitors like this.
President must disclose the accounts in this so called President’s fund so that the citizens will know how much is there and what it is really spent on. In a democracy, all have a right to know this . No one should be above the law!
