Election results a disappointment to regime change activists

During the last few weeks, because of the Provincial Council elections, regime change activists had been working round the clock doing propaganda. Some held meetings to promote ‘prospective leaders’ and others wrote articles about regime change, which they said is around the corner.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
Then there is the Tamil diaspora pumping money into Human Right groups, NGO’s, politicians of the western block, Tamil Nadu politicians and so on, drumming support for regime change and agendaƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ for aƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ separate state. With the triumph of the UPFA in the 3 Provincial Councils
their hopes became a dream.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
The JVP lost both seats at Sabaragamuwa and just managed to retain one seat in the NCP. As usual, the UNP is limping lengthsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ behind the UPFA in all 3 councils. They thought that the drought in the NCP would give them good dividends. During the war, the UNP, party of the western elite, backed those who were against the war and ridiculed the army. The people will never forgive them for this.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The people in the East showed that they are more interested in their personal life and development than on TNA propaganda for a separate state, homeland etc.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Thus the people have reaffirmed their confidence in the Government and endorsed its policies.

JVP and UNP in total disarray.

Blake coming to the UNP-JVP funeral.

  2. gdesilva Says:

Regime change campaign is funded by the wealthy, both locally and overseas and will be well and alive irrespective of the outcome of elections. It would be short sighted for the Govt. to take a ‘rest easy’ attitude as the jackals will not simply move away from a potential kill. In fact, one of the biggest jackals from the US is due to arrive in Sri Lanka – just ask the question, ‘what for?’. Sri Lankan people need to be more vigilant if they do not want to go down the ‘Regime Change’ path forced on innocent people in so many other countries in the recent past.

  3. Dham Says:

There is no Regime in Sri Lanka.
    We don’t have Gadafi.
    We don’t have Assad.
    We don’t have Saddam.
    We don’t have Queen Elizabeth.
    We don’t have king Hamad
    We don’t have king Abullah.

why are these Sinhala people discussing this term “Regime Change” created by ZIonist bastards ?
