Honourable Minister Kenney,

I just came across the article in Tamil News Network of your recent meeting with the Tamil groups in Markham Ontario. I was able to see the video in which you are televised saying to them about yourƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ disapprovalƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ of the Sri Lankan government, after meeting with all the said names who were mentioned by the Tamils to meet.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ http://www.tamilnewsnetwork.com/2013/02/03/canadian-minister-fails-to-address-genocide-annihilation-of-tamil-territory/

In the article it is said that you met with the Eazham Tamils, which in it self proves their goal for separate state that you were feeding into by your presence there. What about this excessive militarization in the north and east that you spoke about? Have you forgotten that it was only 4 years ago, that a bloody military war against a ruthless terrorist organization ended. But even though they were militarily defeated, their propaganda still continues with the support of the Canadian government, which is quite apparent from this video. http://youtu.be/OMiWOlFJwzA

What pains me is to think, what politics can make strange bed fellows, was not uttered in waste. You were standing before men who for years have been sending money and funds to take innocent children who were dragged from their homes, to be trained as Suicide bombers. But since 2009, this hasn’t been able to do, because of the strong militarization of the north and east, which is to safe guard those innocent lives, that were held captive for all these years. And as Asoka put it in his recent letter, ” ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Government soldiers sacrificed 7000 of their colleagues to liberate and save 295,873 Tamils who were used as a human shield by the Tamil Tigers for 30 months,”

Why would the Government soldiers risk their lives to save the 295,000 Tamils if not to end this war, which you don’t want to see, as you are being blinded by the propaganda done by these Tamils to gain the Tamil Votes.

It is obvious that the Prime Minister Harper does not want to attend the Commonwealth Conference held in Sri Lanka, but please don’t say it is because of the genocide, because if you have really taken the time to visit the north and the east, and spoken to the very people who are living their without any fear but with hopes for the future, you would have got a good idea as to what is really happening, than being allowing yourself to be brain washed with separationƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ideologies.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fXI8h7aFeh8&NR=1. So please stop bull dozing Sri Lanka. The people of Sri Lanka had suffered enough through all these years of war, bombing in public places, that they have to be bull dozed by a country hungry for Tamil votes and power.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

Or is it the Tamils votes in Canada that has blinded you?
