There is a DIFFERENCE.
Hilarious Clitoris said rape is used as a WEAPON OF WAR in Burma, SL, etc.
That is the allegation we should FIGHT OFF.
She was NOT referring to rape in general. Endia is the RAPE CAPITAL of the world.

44% of victims are under the age of 18. That is partly due to “statutory rape”. Even if the girl consents to having sex with an adult it is considered rape. What was not addressed in this article is the sharp spike in violence of every kind. Now there is a “game’ called “knock out” where roving gangs of black youth simply soccer punch (hard fist punch to the face) innocent people who are not black for the sport of it. They do not rob the victim but simply do this for sport.
Gang violence has reached epidemic proportions. Another example is gangs bursting into shops and looting the entire shop within minutes before exiting it. Gang violence claims more victims in the black community than all other murders put together. America has the highest number of prisoners in the world and the pace to build more prison facilities cannot keep up with the number of people sent to prison. It is now customary to call the US a “police state”.
