The Chairman,
Dear Sir/Madam

Your mandated inquiry into alleged Human Rights Violations is for the period year 2002 to May 19th 2009.

You have exceeded your authority by extending this period 15th of 2011, obviously your intention is to pry into internal affairs of Sri Lanka administration. It has been crystal clear since the conclusion of the brutal conflict in Sri Lanka all UN affiliated organizations have been parroting the concocted allegations against Sri Lanka word to word as they appear on the Tamilnet online forum!

 Your obstinate decision without paying attention to due process makes a mockery of the UNHRC constitution. This action in itself is a violation of your jurisdiction!

 We Sri Lankans vehemently protest not only to this illegal extension of investigative period but also for the whole charade!

    Is it a big surprise when a Tiger loving Tamil heads the UNHCR who is also in the payroll of US and EU dominated UN?
