Sri Lankan Students Alliance which was established in 2003 at York University have now grown Canada wide with over 20 SLSA Alliances.  Toronto Sri Lankan Students Alumni Alliance EST. 2010 [AKA Toronto SLSA] which is an independent parent body of SLSA is hosting a cricket carnival starting at 8:30 am to 7:30 pm and an after party at night starting at 10:30 pm to fundraise for a school infrastructure project in Sri Lanka this coming Saturday August 30th at Simeon Private Park in Stoufville, ON (30 minutes north of Toronto on 404). This event is a first of its kind for Sri Lankan students and Grads in Canada.
