Beware of Flood Affected South Indian Scroungers Invading Sri Lanka

November 2015 brought South India one of the biggest natural disasters it faced in decades. Floods killed over 500 people, displaced over 2.5 million people and caused over $15 billion property damage. Mismanagement, corruption and callous disregard for human life, especially those considered low-caste” have pushed many South Indians into utter desperation. Another Tamil illegal migration to Sri Lanka is expected soon from South India as happened in 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. Sri Lankan government must prevent this calamity by denying them entry into the island nation.
In 1983, a similar flood inundated South India. However, Sri Lanka miraculously survived Tamil invasion thanks to the anti-Tamil riot that year. Given the security situation, Sri Lanka was the last destination of Tamils in South India then. However, today the atmosphere is more conducive to them and hundreds of thousands are expected to make the trip. Unfortunately, the Tamil language is given the official language status since 1987 and this acts as a powerful attraction to South Indian illegals. Most displaced people are from inundated farming areas who will find Sri Lanka an attractive destination to find work.
Sri Lanka with its own problems cannot host these south Indian scroungers. Locals need work, land, clean water, roads, medical facilities, foreign reserves and public service and cannot compromise accommodating illegals. Unless the Sri Lankan government prevents the possibility of illegals coming to Sri Lanka to live or work, the island nation is in for economic and social disaster. In terms of the economic impact, it is not too distant from a locust invasion.
It was reported in South Indian media that some Catholic and Hindu organisations with their presence in South India and Sri Lanka are facilitating the move of some of the affected unemployed people. This malicious plan must be defeated.
In the long run, Sri Lanka must remove Tamil as an official language (even India doesn’t recognise it as an official language) to prevent South Indians invading the island nation. In the medium term, a civil-military partly self-financing organisation must be set up to identify, capture, fine and deport South Indians illegally working in Sri Lanka.

The main purposes of having Tamil declared an official language and the passing of the 13th A are simply and purely strengthening the Tamil Homeland idea which has snow balled since the breaking up of the pre-independence Ceylon Congress to the present day.
Whilst the Ceylon Congress held sway, the combined class and caste Sinhala-Tamil elite ruled the country with English as the unofficial national language. Yet the Sinhala and Tamil populations went about their business unconcerned by the English factor.
In 1956 English was SEEMINGLY ousted from its pedestal but remained the language of the elite srilankans. Though now enshrined in the constitution with added value, the Sinhala and Tamil speaking masses never succeeded in climbing the ladder of elitism with English always remaining a thorn in their sides. Elitism always remained the domain of the English speaking minority. This was the principal feature that led to the first ever armed uprising of modern times in 1971, by the Sinhala speaking youth. They realized that constitutional enshrinement was a SHEER BLUFF. the abysmal gap between the English speaking elite and the Sinhala speaking hoi-poloi could not be bridged by constitution eye-wash.
While the striving to obtain recognition for Sinhala has not fostered the future of the Sinhala speaking majority, the corresponding striving of the Tamils to obtain recognition for Tamil is amply paying dividends for them. The Tamil language and the 113th A, now part and parcel of the constitution has strengthened their HOMELAND claim. It has also massively promoted illegal migration from Tamil Nadu which does not have the luxury of a constitutionally recognized Tamil official language. the massive influx of Tamil migration from Tamil Nadu means a massive increase of voters for the Tamil Homeland cause.
The damned successive Sri Lanka governments are knowingly or unknowingly promoting the Tamil Homeland cause. The ignorant Sinhala population fighting against the privatization of Education, medical or other, which means the introduction of English as the principal medium of instruction, is drowning in its own Sinhala quagmire. A sinhala Ph.D, now multiplying like rabbits, is of no worth when compared with the ability to speak English.
In short everything happening in this country is promoting Tamil separatism, the bulwark of which is the Tamil Homeland theory.
Let us face the fact, the Sinhala are short sighted while the Tamils are far sighted. In the end the far sighted will prevail.

This happened in the 60s, when there was a famine in tn. 1000s crossed the waters and settled down on
the coastal belt. Today they are natives. They even want a separate state. That’s how pathetic our politician are/were.
Let them come in droves. Let them walk all over you.
At least when MR was in power, we had a naval cordon. No illegal fishing, no illegals. Now it
is open door. Reason for this is, when you side with the crafty, two faced Indians they treat the Sinhalese like doormats.
They do everything to please tn tamils of course. So they rape and rape Sri Lanka.
But some traitor Sinhalese don’t understand this simple truth. Sri Lanka is raped by all these enemies of the state.
Tamils, mussies (including imported from afganisthan, Maldives, Pakistan) do whatever they like. Traitor pol pot ponil,
pon mongol, karupaiya, champakaa etc. etc. don’t give a damn. If Sri Lanka is with the Chinese, crafty two faced Indians
stay well away. Chinese give you money and guarantee a soverign Sri Lanka. But the some traitor Sinhalese don’t care.
They think it is so fashionable to be the supporters of the Unpatriotic party. Shame on you traitors!

AS,
MR DID NOT stop this. HE started an Indian embassy in Jaffna ( to help them out ?)
Even in last November he released those Indian druggies on death row on a good will gesture, Sinhalese druggies still on death row.
Navy arrested some fishermen and Jeyalalita made noise and we released them again. This was going on like that.
When Shenali wrote an honest “love” letter here in Lankaweb, Gota apologised !
Unless we speak truth Kamma will catch up with us.
But I don’t blame MR only. All our so called leaders were like that. Only JR (stupidly ?) spoke openly insulting Indian leaders. I remember he said in an election meeting “if Indians invade us we will fight until our last drop of blood”. But when they really invaded, JR was helpless, he had to reluctantly sign a pact and 13A came to being.
But there was ONLY ONE GREAT HERO. That was Wjemuni Rohana. Real man who can be called “Abheetha”. Even he had to resort to sell Hindi CD’s to make a living now. That is how pathetic our so called “leaders”.

Who knows who is coming ? Are they checking to make sure they are Sri Lankan ? Or is it pure Indian Baggage ?
* Returning Sri Lankan refugees allowed to carry 60 kg of luggage
Wed, Dec 16, 2015, 11:49 am SL Time, ColomboPage News Desk, Sri Lanka.
Dec 16, Colombo: The Sri Lankan refugees, who were living in the camps across Tamil Nadu state of India and intend to return to Sri Lanka voluntarily, are now allowed to take 60 kilograms of luggage, according to The Hindu newspaper.
The move taken following the discussions between the UNHCR and the Sri Lankan government is expected to benefit the repatriating refugees.
“Following the UNHCR’s discussion with the Government of Sri Lanka on the need for increase in baggage allowance, the government has raised the limit for baggage for Sri Lankan refugees who are voluntary repatriating from India,” UNHCR spokesperson Shucita Mehta told The Hindu.
Currently, refugees who voluntarily return to Sri Lanka are sent back on board Sri Lanka’s carriers SriLankan Airlines and Mihin Lanka which allow them to take 40 kg of luggage on board.
After the ferry service between Tuticorin and Colombo was stopped the returning refugees had been demanding an increase in the limit for luggage and this step would help them in better integration and give more confidence to them to return home, the UNHCR official has said. A total of 23 refugees have returned to Sri Lanka on Tuesday.
Organization for Eelam Refugees’ Rehabilitation (OfERR) – an NGO working for the safe, informed and voluntary return of Sri Lankan refugees to the island-nation, welcomed the move to increase the baggage allowance.
“We welcome the decision to increase the baggage allowance, as it would help returnees to take some more of their personal belongings. If the ferry services are resumed, it would help them take more things,” OfeRR treasurer S.C. Chandrahasan said.
Repatriation should not be a “deprivation” to them, as they can take only limited things with them while returning, he said, calling upon the Indian and Sri Lankan governments to come together to announce a package for the returnees, which would include ferry services, enabling them to take more of their personal belongings.
“Ferry would help them take back their fridges, mixies, motor bikes, which they had bought with their life-time savings. If they are able to take them across, they need to spend money to buy them again once they return and intend to start a new life,” he added.
Over 100,000 Sri Lankan refugees are living in camps across the State.

Jarapalanaya will end soon but not before those who brought this Jarapalana government into power suffer a bit more.
Already, nobody who supported Jarapalanaya is willing to admit so. A lot of people have lost their jobs, no foreign investors, bad econimic management has depleted our foreign currency reserves. MR had everything in check. Colombo built to a clean modern city by GR is slowly becoming the stink hole it used to be. Our war heros are being insulted every day.
This is what those who supported Jarapalanaya have achieved in my country.
Tamil should never be an official language in Sri Lanka. It is a minority language. Now this Jarapalana government is doing everything possible to force Tamil on the Sinhalese because Sinhalese don’t bother about Tamil. On the other hand, Sinhalese are being systematically silenced by “Racial Harmony” laws that only apply to the Sinhalese.

SL has no government.
ANYONE can come to SL and do ANYTHING they want.
Unless the military takes matters into their own hands, there is NO FUTURE for SL.

I agree with Mario that it is the 13-A (1987) imposing the Tamil as an Official Language on Lanka that has brought in Tamil Separatism.
It has also allowed Cold War politics enter Lanka and Tamil Caste Wars to be fought in Lanka – what stupidity, when Caste is well and alive in Tamil Nadu.
Since Lanka issues birth certificates to all, including Tamils. without the caste lines, and with the Tamil Language in place, Lanka govts have been inviting illegal Tamil migrants and Separatism !!
Since with great sacrifices by the MR led govt and the Armed Forces and the ordinary folk of Lanka, the LTTE has been removed from the land, Tamil Separatism must be removed once and for all in Lanka by removing the Tamil Language as a National & Official language.
More :
* Deport all illegal migrants in Lanka.
* Also activate the 6-A which has never been activated.
The People will have to do it via all their local associations and organisations, Labor movements, etc. as the Parliament seems dead, and the PM is more keen to please foreign powers than take care of the local folk, with damaged CBK supervising, and a Prez who may not be reliable.

Not only famines, floods and other natural disasters, these poor Tamil Dalits of Tamil Nadu are subject to atrocities, even though India brought in the Prevention of Atrocities Act (1989 & 1995). There are over 15 Million Tamil Dalits in TN is not even recorded in the Parliament in Lanka. Lanka has been bringing these Tamils as cheap labor ever since the Colonists did the same for hundreds of years. The Dutch and the British brought in over one and half Million Tamil people as Indentured Labor and upset the ethnic balance in the island forever.
It is not too late to solve the problem by removal of the Tamil Language (N&O) in Lanka.
It is up to Lanka to take care of all true born Lankans, including Tamils of Lanka.
Similarly, it is up to Tamil Nadu (and India) to take care of all Tamils in Tamil Nadu.
That is the right thing to do.
PATRIOTISM TO LANKA the need of the hour from the Tamil leaders and Tamils of Lanka.

Tamils in this country speaks GOOD ENGLISH and FRENCH!!
Why on earth can’t they speak Singhala in SL which is VERY SIMILAR to Tamil than French or English????
This is a joke.
Actually Tamil PEOPLE (not politicians) do want to learn Singhala and work in Singhala. Its only Tamil politicians who want Tamil as an official language so they can BRING Tamil Madu kallthonis to vote for them AND keep Tamils DIVIDED from Singhalese so the fools will vote for them. IF Tamils join Singhalese, who will ever vote for TAMIL NATIONAL ALIENS???
I was in a Colombo govt. public Tamil school for a short time. ALL kids there could SPEAK Singhala and they LOVED to learn MORE Singhala. The school DISCOURAGED them. When I went back to Jaffna for visits my old friends used to LOVE to learn Singhala from me. In 1998 it went so far that some Tamil politicians came to disrupt it!! They say Singhalese were Tamils who learned Singhala language!! GOOD I said.
The problem in SL is SL leaders ONLY CONNECT with Tamil POLITICIANS not people. IF they listen to Tamil people they will SCRAP Tamil language and IMPOSE SINGHALA. Tamil kids will HAPPILY learn it. Thereafter NO diaspora donkey can tell them what to do.
Even MR cancelled SINGHALA TV telecasts and radio braodcasts to Jaffna!! I was in Jaffna in 2014 and I could NOT catch ANY Singhala TV or radio channel. Apparently it made Tamil (POLITICIANS) happy. Even EPDP leader DOUGLAS wanted Singhala language out of Jaffna.

I agree with Lorenzo’s point that it is the Tamil Leaders who want the Tamil Language (N&O). Tamil folk of Lanka would generally prefer to integrate better with the others and get a sense of belonging to the land that feeds, educates, and nurtures them.
It must also be pointed out that Tamil folk of low caste will blindly follow the diktats of the higher caste Tamil leaders.
All this is because Tamil Leaders behave in Cold War mode and listen to foreign countries more than to their own Tamil folk in Lanka. Lanka is the land that nurtures Tamil leaders, not foreign countries. Yet Tamil Leaders listen to outside sources – why is that ? Wither PATRIOTISM with Tamil leaders ?
These Tamil Leaders would also be jobless if Tamils integrated into mainstream life in Lanka … !
Teaching the basics of PATRIOTISM to all kids in Lanka is very important.

Harvey Perera had written an excellent article which explains the modus operandi of the Tamil Dalits in invading other countries. He had summarized the issue very succintly in the following paragraph.
“Most of these Tamils were Dalits or Untouchables from South India. In India ‘Untouchability’ is an institutionalized form of slavery. If someone is born to the Untouchable caste (now known as Dalits), they have little hope. Their station in life is fixed. In their birth certificates they have to state their fathers caste. To escape caste many of them have migrated to other countries – a move which is most likely encouraged by India. They are in Malaysia, Fiji, Mauritius, Madagascar, Australia, Canada, Europe, Sri Lanka, South Africa, etc. Sri Lanka is particularly vulnerable to illegal migration since Tamil Nadu is only 12 miles away across the Palk Straits. So by encouraging the emigration of the Dalits from India, the upper caste people have reduced the Dalits the way U.K. got rid of their convicts by sending them to Australia.”
“This is the main reason as to why the Tamils have created issues in Sri Lanka while in all the other countries they migrated to they have been lying low. They are hoping that by creating an issue where there is none, they can justify creation of a separate state in Sri Lanka for Tamils, which will empower them to import the millions of Tamil Dalits from India and take over Sri Lanka. This method of exporting their unwanted to other countries is also a way by which India has been slowly invading all the countries mentioned above. In case of Fiji, which is another small Island, the current percentage of Indians is 51%. They have banned Indians from migrating to the country any more.”
He had also out lined the possible solutions to the problem for Sri Lanka which is excellent. I reproduce the solutions below.
The full article is at: http://www.lankaweb.com/news/items/2015/08/03/slow-strangulation-of-sri-lanka-and-the-sinhalese/
Possible solutions for Sri Lanka:
1.Set up an international independent group consisting of people from the Eastern countries as well as the West to look into the so called “grievances” of Tamils to see they are real and if their request for a separate state is justifiable in a small country like Sri Lanka.
2. Set up defense agreements with China and other countries friendly to Sri Lanka to act as a counter against India’s bullying.
3. Sign territorial agreements with India and also on repatriation of all the illegal migrants who came in during the last 30 years during LTTE rule of North and East.
4. Set up a National Military Service for all men and women between the ages of 18-40 years so that they receive training at least for a year and are then on call in case of need. This is what Switzerland, which is adjacent to Germany, France and Italy, have done to preserve their security. Our security is now very fragile. If India decides to invade as they did with the IPKF army there is little we can do.
5. Strengthen the Navy and patrol the shores to prevent illegal migration from India and other countries.
6. Repeal Tamil as a National Language and Official language. It was absurd for SWRD Bandaranaiyake to have given this since Tamils were only about 9%. In all countries where there is a minority they have to adapt to the majority not the other way around.
7. Repeal 13A and use Districts as the administrative unit instead of the Province.
8. Request reparations from India for the damage done by them to the country by their actions to date.
9. Request reparations from Britain for the damage they did to Sinhalese and the Buddha Sasana during the period they colonized the country and for abrogation of the treaty they signed with the Sinhala Chieftains.
10. Request reparations from Portugal for the damage done to Sri Lanka and the Buddha Sasana and the conversion of so many at the point of the sword.
11. Ban all forced conversions by use of inducements to prevent divide and rule happening in Sri Lanka.
12. Set minimum standards or education for all those who run for political office in Sri Lanka.
In addition we should also activate Amendment 6a.
December 16th, 2015 at 7:00 pm
Tamil special provisions and reasonable use of Tamil language introduced in 1956 were good moves. They didn’t make Tamil an official language. State functions in Tamil majority areas were carried out in Tamil as well. All these are good things and we should not dispute these moves. Similar practices are found in top democratic countries (almost all having just one official language). Until 1987 the general trend was for Tamils to slowly move towards ‘Sinhala speaking’. It was happening despite slow progress. Had it been allowed, things would have improved. Even the LTTE supremo and family were learning Sinhala not to mention family members of Chelvanayakam, Amirthalingam and others.
It was 13A (1987) that made Tamil an official language pursuent to the Indo-Lanka Peace Accord (1987) which recognised the north and east as areas of historical habitation of Tamils. As Mario pointed out it was 13A that gave birth to sepratism within the constitutional framework and annuled the 6A. Interstingly, it has not given Tamils a solution and must be removed. A solution to Tamil problems will never be found as they are bogus claims to extort favours at the expense of others. But it works without fail which has glued Tamil people to their political parties.
The Tamil block vote (more than 1.5 million turnout) has become the deciding factor in presidential elections in peace time. As a result all aspirants of the top job are bound to appease Tamil political demands. With increasing Tamil voters thanks to illegal migration from South India, their clout will increase.

Chennai (Madras) of 8 million has the same population as New York city. After the storm Hindustan Times called Chennai ‘an open toilet”.
India has around 850 million people who openly defecate. Doing that twice a day would mean around 1600 million pounds of human feces each and every day. that dries up and becomes part of the Indian smog. The fecal matter carries with it many pathogens including Hepatitis A. one can catch that disease by simply breathing the smog of India. 1.2 million Indians die each year due to polluted air, 30 thousand just in New Delhi die each year due to polluted air
India’s population is 1.3 billion, the remaining defecate in open toilets or in modern day toilets but the sewage is untreated and the raw sewage pours into India’s many rivers. the affluence is combined with Industrial waste that also pours into India’s rivers. 80% of the surface water of India is polluted. The nightmare of Chennai and Tamil Nadu will become the nightmare of Sri Lanka when Tamil refugees flee to Sri Lanka carrying with them all kinds of diseases from that “open toilet”
(“India Shattering the Illusion. The Birth of New Nations. Kashmir to Elam” by Columbus Falco goes into depth of India’s many social problems including her pollution in every level)

One more point
Tamil Nadu is 50, 126 thousand square miles with a population of 73 million
Sri Lanka is 25 thousand square miles with a population of 21 million.
Tamil Nadu is twice the size of Sri Lanka with 3 times the number of people. Her level of poverty is extreme, especially among the low caste, Pariah and Tribal people. It would be natural that these desperately poor Tamils will come to Sri Lanka after such a natural disaster
One other point. Once the bridge connecting Rameshwaram to Sri Lanka is completed the surge of illegal Indian Tamils coming into Sri Lanka will almost be unstoppable.
December 18th, 2015 at 4:47 pm
When floods or famines hit Tamil Nadu, why don’t Tamil folk there go to Andrapradesh, Karnataka & Kerala, which are their adjoining states ? After all, these are parts of India itself and ought to accommodate their neighboring sub-states.
* Why do they want to pour into Lanka and join up with separatism/terrorism ?
* Why is the 6-A never activated in Lanka ?
Strange times we live in !!
