It was very unfortunate for the country the LTTE could not kill her (Chandrika modi) instead of leaving her brain dead. During her presidency Ranil gave Prabhakaran the licence to strengthen his fire power, build his air force and strengthen his navy etc. Now she is running this puppet government and again helping the Tamil diaspora.
