- His personal assistant said he had a premonition of death before he passed
A Muslim cleric, 93, who wed 130 wives died on Saturday, leaving behind more than 200 children.
Mohammed Bello Abubakar died from an unknown illness in Niger State and large crowds turned out for his funeral on Sunday.
It is believed that some of his wives are pregnant.

Nigerian Mohammed Bello Abubakar, 84, has advised other men not to follow his example and marry 86 women. The former teacher and Muslim preacher, who lives in Niger State with his wives and at least 170 children, says he is able to cope only with the help of God. “A man with 10 wives would collapse and die, but my own power is given by Allah. That is why I have been able to control 86 of them,” he told the BBC. |

The former Buddist countries between Iran and India became Muslim by military invasion, and conversion by force at the point of the sword, failure to convert earning immediate beheading.
Multiplication of population by the multiple wives strategy came much later in the history of Islam and often led to the abuse of women.
The original reason for allowing multiple wives goes back to the time when Prophet Mohamed’s followers located at Medina and warring against their much more numerous opponents centered at Mecca. That conflict killed off so many of Mohammed’s followers that out of concern for the families of the dead, he asked the remaining men to take the bereaved women as wives and to adopt their families.
What was originally a humane decision and act, has now become permanently embedded in Islam as a religious instrument of abuse of women that is supported primarily by Muslim men for obvious reasons.

ayesha, was 9 years old, an orphan. So the boss set an example and the disciples following! It’s obviously very
popular with the cult, since which man going to say no to extra sexercise! So thhey have an excuse.
