   As far as we Buddhists are concerned, Islam man, Christian man, a Hindu man or any other religious man is another human being with equal rights. That is our culture. Many Sinhalas however did not know that Muslim Holy Book – Koran – demand Islamists to treat Muslims with brotherhood and non-Muslims with contempt. For our fortune or misfortune such vile Koran verses are becoming a common knowledge today particularly among Sinhalas. Moreover, Sinhalas are beginning to understand political aims of Islam and the motives of Muslim politicians. Be as it may, few goons or idiots must not be allowed to create another black July. Surely there is better way to tackle the problem.
