I watched this fully. Always UNP said more loans needed to pay back interest for previous Govt: loans. But unfortunately either Narmal or Mahindananda never mentioned due to Bond issue total loss & creditability of CB had gone Rs value going down each day, Investors loss their faith on present Govt; wasting money paying rent for unoccupied building, importing cars etc. Non of these spending benefit the mass. All those expenses are PM benefits.
