Lankan President Sirisena says Karunanidhi’s death pushed him into deep sorrow

Colombo, August 7 (newsin.asia): Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena on Tuesday expressed deep sorrow” on the death of the former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, M.Karunanidhi.
In a tweet in Tamil, Sirisena said: The passing away of the former Chief Minister and senior political leader M.Karunanidhi pushed me into deep sorrow. I send my deepest condolences to his grieving family and supporters.”
Earlier, Sirisena had sent the Ceylon Workers’ Congress leaders Arumugan Thondaman and Senthil Thondaman to Chennai to call on the ailing leader at Kauvery Hospital with a message wishing the ailing Tamil leader speedy recovery.
Karunanidhi, who had been Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu several times from the late 1960s onwards, died at 94 after a prolonged illness.

What did he do for SL for this man to be in deep sorrow?. He was the leader of a place that gave training to LTTE terrorists that killed more than one hundred thousand Sri lankans spanning a period of 30 long years. I think he should resign as he seems to be going insane.

Why bother commenting on what he says? He said today that the prices of coconut has gone up because of monkeys. He also said previously that the economy of Sri Lanka will grow by 3% per annum if the rain continued even nothing is done by people.

OMG, our DIMWITTED President again shows that he is a CONGENITAL IDIOT expressing his “SORROW” at the death of one of Sri Lanka’s MAIN ENEMIES! Is he our President or the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu??
He should be locked up for Sri Lanka’s safety in Angoda!
