ශ්‍රී ලංකා මහ බැංකුවේ බැඳුම්කර මහා වංචාවේ ප්‍රධාන සැකකරු වන අර්ජුන් අලෝසියස් එජාප නායක, අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතාට රුපියල් මිලියන හැත්තෑපහක් ඔහුගේ පෞද්ගලික නිවෙසටම ගොස් භාරදීමේ සිද්ධියක තොරතුරු ‘මව්බිම’ට වාර්තා වනවා.
වාර්තා වන අන්දමට මේ මුදල අඩංගු බෑගය ඇලෝසියස් විසින් භාරදී තිබෙන්නේ 2015 ජූලි 23 වැනිදා කොළඹ 03 පස්වැනි පටුමඟේ පිහිටි වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතාගේ පෞද්ගලික නිවෙසේදීය. මෙදින රාත්‍රි 8.00ට පමණ අර්ජුන් ඇලෝසියස් මහතා එම නිවෙසට පැමිණෙන බව දැනුම් දීමෙන් පසුව ඔහුට කෙළින්ම තම නිවෙසට පැමිණීමට ඉඩ දෙන ලෙසට ආරක්ෂක අංශවලට ද දැනුම් දී තිබුණු බව වැඩිදුරටත් අනාවරණය වෙයි.
‘මව්බිම’ට ලැබී ඇති තොරතුරුවලට අනුව ඇලෝසියස් මහතා වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතාගේ නිවෙසට යන අවස්ථාවේ තවත් පුද්ගලයකු එහි සිට ඇති අතර, වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතා ඇලෝසියස් මහතා නිවෙසේ වෙනත් කාමරයකට කැඳවාගෙන ගොස්, මිලියන හැත්තෑපහක මුදල් බෑගය ලබාගෙන තිබේ. පැය භාගයකට පමණ පසුව ඇලෝසියස් මහතා වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතාගේ නිවෙසින් පිටව ගොස් ඇත.
මේ ගනුදෙනුවට අදාළ සියලු තොරතුරු ‘මව්බිම’ සතුව තිබේ.
මේ අතර, මහ බැංකු බැඳුම්කර වංචාවේ තවත් ප්‍රධාන සැකකරුවකු වන මහ බැංකුවේ හිටපු අධිපති ඇලෝසියස්ගේ මාමණ්ඩිය වන අර්ජුනමහේන්ද්‍රන් මේ ගනුදෙනු සම්බන්ධයෙන් බොහෝ තොරතුරු සිංගප්පූරුවේ සිට අනාවරණය කිරීමට සූදානමින් සිටින බව අපේ ආරංචිමාර්ග සඳහන් කරයි.

It is obvious.
Why he took over the control from Finance ministry ?
Why he imported Mahendran to do the job and gave a personal guarantee to the parliament ?
Why he kept Mahendaran in a separate job even after go caught ?
But he will escape, because he is best friend with other big names. They help each other in killing motherlanka.

He is connected to both camps (UNP and SLPP). Cabraal’s sister was a director of his company!
The opposition could have prevented it if they were serious about their no confidence motion against Ravi – then the finance minister. But they handed over the no confidence motion to Speaker Chamal at his residence! So for publicity purposes, it was handed over. The Speaker sat on it until the parliament was dissolved. Then cried foul.
How they help each other rob the country while fooling the people.
Even if government changes, these crooks will never be punished.

At present අර්ජුන් අලෝසියස් most of family businesses are collapsed, මහ බැංකු බැඳුම්කර වංචාවේ ප්‍රධාන සැකකරුවකු වන මහ බැංකුවේ හිටපු අධිපති අර්ජුනමහේන්ද්‍රන් hiding in සිංගප්පූරුවේ. Both Son-in law & father-in-law and the senior අලෝසියස් are virtually house arrest. Good for those culprits helping Chief Thief Ali Baba Ranil got into his cunning trap to find easy money for UNP last election fund.

Before the elections the authority have to find some ways to clear this looting money from the central bank, This is tax payers money and need to find a solution before dissolving the government. All the people are waiting to see the outcome of the inquiry. When leaders are involved in such practices and that will generate and induce such feelings down to the society in general. This type of dirty things are happening in these developing countries as the legal system is not activating properly. It is up to the new government to design an adequate steps to protect the government treasury.
