One of my friend living in the USA, doing quite well who studied in Russia and migrated send me following;
The Communist regime gave us an education and some of us served in our the country for few years and some left the country for greener pastures
Sine left the country some returned back to give something back to my motherland

, it was 75 years ago in the very late evening of May 8th the Soviets defeated Nazi Germany.
Thanks to this great victory I was able to make a bunch of lifelong friends like you.
I want to offer my humble gratitude to the 11 million-plus Soviet Soldiers (27 million casualties)who perished in this brutal war and also, to the soviet farmers, peasants, factory workers and the hard-working Soviet citizens who sacrificed their lives to rebuild the country and then provide people like us with the opportunity to succeed in our lives. 😊 🌹
С ДНЁМ ПОБЕДЫ !!!

We have got our freedom or some call it independence from the crutches of British 72 years back. If one compares the two countries despite the size, we should be wondering why we are in such a dire straights
We are also a multi-ethnic society and with different resources, but we have failed to achieve any development since that time in comparison.
Where did we go wrong?
We went wrong because the leaders we had for the last seven decades with no vision for the future, and they ruled with nonlove to the country
Hopefully, during this decade we can be prosperous if the current leader decides to get away from personal or family agendas and decide to govern with patriotism and compassion for the poor class
