How to neutralize Indian and Chinese competition

EDB wants to hold a Global Maritime Forum in the same line as Indians who held their forum last October 23
Our minister of ports with a delegation took part in that forum
China is also holding such forums and taking the liberty to pressure Sri Lanka to allow them to deploy their surveying vessels presumably to explore our mineral deposits under the sea bed
Indians are promoting Sagar Mala and the Chinese are promoting the Silk Route concept to trap Sri Lanka via diplomatic manuring
Both countries have set foot in Trinco and Hambantota
We should generate completion by holding our Global Marine Forum with the participation of India and China We can also invite QUAD ( Australia and Japan, together with the United States and India, are members of the Quadrilateral Strategic Dialogue or Quad. The Quad has a positive practical agenda focused on supporting an open, inclusive, and resilient Indo-Pacific region.)
Middle East should join with their team with COP 28 resolutions
I am sure that such a move will benefit our country
The problem is that financial wizards and politicians have not understood the significance of such a move
