The traitorous role played by the countries like the USA, Switzerland , Germany, Norway, Sweden , the UK and France in aiding and abetting anti ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” Sri Lankan NGO forces is now exposed.
In May 2009 the terrorists ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ wereƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ defeated in Sri Lanka. Yet , the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”international communityƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ did not back down. They have pumped in a sum of Rs 171.23 million to the National Peace Council andƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Rs 174.7 million to the Transparency InternationalƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ and millions to the Centre for Policy Alternative.
The majority I Sri Lanka does not these deals. Given below are the sources of funding to anti Sri LankaƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ NGOs in Sri Lanka.
Norris Penny (Canada), Canadian International Development Agency, ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Bhergoeoff Foundation,(Germany) , Ellit Germany),ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Switchmin Corded (Netherland), Norway Embassy Commission (Norway),Peace Foundation (Switzerland), Auswighrat Angle Henitghs (Switzerland), European Commission Transparency International (UK) , Swedish Embassy, Golden Samy Grant (UK),Minroff Rights (UK) , Catholic Agency for Overseas Development (UK), European Union Diyakonia (EU),ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Jor of Federation ( USA), International Media Support ( USA), Ford Foundation (USA), Freds Crepset Birjen ( USA), National Endowment for Democracy (USA) ,Transparency Fund(USA). AEDƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ (USA)
These organization have credited to above 3 ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ NGOs a sum of Rs 613.33 million. Apart from these funds Norway Embassy in Colombo has provided the National Peace Council- the chief trader of Peace ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” Rs 70.48 million and Transparency International Rs 63.38 millions.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Extremists thwarted
Another divisive step taken by the Fundamentalists was thwarted by the Government at the last moment when a Muslim politician connected to the Government proposed to bring under one administration 3 DRO regions and two regional secretariats. The underlined intention was to create a Muslim region.

Why GOSL is not doing anything about these terrorist NGOs?
If funding cannot be stopped, the terrorists behind them should be eliminated by the “NEO LTTE”.

1. Al Queda (Afganistan, Libya, Syria)
2. Al Nasra (syria)
3. Budu Bala Sena (Funded by Sri Lanka, by Norway, USA)
4. Others
It is about Self Interest.

There is something fishy here. The total amount mentioned here is less than $5m.; looking at the high sounding donar organisations, this is peanuts to destabilise a country. Is this only the tip of the iceburg?.

The PROBLEM is that the Govt is not performing its duties of law and order. So, it has become a target internationally.
Racism is a peremptory norm of international law from which no derogation has been permitted. It is the duty of governments to enforce appropriate and effective legislation to prevent acts of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and promote a “cultural of prevention and tolerance” and not a “cultural of reaction.” What Governments must do is to bring to justice the perpetrators of crimes motivated with racism and xenophobia and not encourage those crimes for their political advantage. In Sri Lanka those who indulge in acts which amount arouse racism are made punishable under by the ICCPR Act of 2007 of Sri Lanka. One wonders as to why this law has been put to the backburner by the government and law enforcement authorities. This law enacted by this government has made provisions for the indictment and trial of those persons who arouse racism adopting new forms, including tendencies to establish policies based racial, religious, ethnic, cultural and national superiority and exclusivity.
It must be stated that so called extremist organizations have no right to victimize anyone to protect the teachings of the Buddha. Buddhism as it is used is not an ‘ism,’ meaning a religion. Buddha Dhamma in essence is diametrically opposed to religion. It calls upon its followers to train the mind, to abandon all attachments and aversion, and pursue compassion with indiscriminate detachment. Does anyone need a Balasena(armed force) to achieve those goals.

Insula, all kinds of racism/intoerance must be discouraged including ALL political parties solely based on ethnicity or religion – not just BBS but also TNA, Muslim parties etc. They should all agree to be carefully monitored to ensure they act in the overall national interest. They must agree to behave responsibly, rather than develop a victim mentality. This is a balancing act, but it can be achieved.

Did you guys notice after the BOSTON terrorist attack Islamic terrorists in SL (Hack-him, Kalmunai Jihad, anti-BBS terrorists) and Islamic terrorists in this forum (Fahim, Muhandiran, Somapala, Nesta, Insula, etc.) have STOPPED their Islamic racism temporarily?
BBS leaders visiting USA at the moment makes them even more scared.
They are panicking in fear as CIAA, etc. are ACTUALLY after them!
Global war on Islamists has RESTARTED without fanfare this time. Strike when the iron is hot.
