The Rajapaksa family is Stronger than the Sigiriya Rock. If they have not done wrong and no harm to others, they will come out of this sooner or later. Loyal SLFP stalwarts and party sympathizers will always stand by President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
President Mahinda Rajapaksa should at least now understand who the “backstabbers” from within the SLFP and those who surrounded him at his peak of power were.
He should have also known who the political cut-throats of the Muslim and Tamil communities are. President Mahinda Rajapaksa should never, never, never ever tolerate them in the future. In politics these things happen.
This happened to late Madam Sirimavo Bandaranike, to J.R. Jayawardene, to Kamraj, to Mujibu Rahuman, to Zulfikar Ali Butto and many other leaders who were loved by their people.
There near kith and kin became victims of their opponents, both political and otherwise.
Yet they came back or their next of kin came back to power by the grace of God AllMighty as long as they were clean. It is only a matter of time.

How about investigating the massive Central Bank bond scam last year. When the Parliament brought a no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister along with the COPE report which found Arjun Mahendran guilty of insider trading involving a massive Rs 5000 million scam, Ranil quickly dissolved the Parliament and called for elections. Later when the President requested Ranil to remove Arjun, he just ignored the President. President just meekly remained quiet. In case everyone has forgotten the story here is the link.

Yes Susantha “Nothing is permanent” Truth will prevail and these foreign backed Yahapalana evil mongers will not have a place to hide when the time comes specially three evil trio Hitan, Gayboy and the one eyed witch. They are dancing according to the western and Infian tunes which is very dangerous to the country. No one is doing their job because of the police brutality and the Govt crack down of innocents.
President Mahinda is a true gentleman and a statesman. His words are rich not Hitan who use very low standard. May God help this great personality to overcome all the difficulties at the moment. His father D A Rajapaksa when he joined the SLFP like majority of us was conned cunning by the cunning India and Indian colonial parasites.
He was one of the people with money who did not have to rely on Indian or Colombo Indian Merchants hand outs like S W R D Bandaranayake, N M Perera, T B Illangaratna, Maithripala Senanayake to name a few.

What is Permanent in Lanka is Tamil Separatism !
The Tamil Language in place ensures that !
MR & Family are not the problem at all.
The Problem is Tamil Separatism, enhanced through :
*. the Vadukoddai Resolution of 1976.
*. Tamil Diaspora & mainly the Catholic church, since the trumped up 1983 Riots, plus bribed and voted for VIPs abroad.
Remove the 13-A to remove PCs & the Tamil language as an Official language.
Remove the Tamil language as a National language by an Amendment.
It is the Tamil language in Lanka as N&O language that is causing the problem.
Plus that there are 15 Million Tamil Dalits in Tamil Nadu who suffer Atrocities from some 3,000 yrs ago. Tamil leaders everywhere too scared to go to the UNHRC to solve the Dalit Tamil problem in TN. Instead, they want to slice up Lanka and hand it over the foreigners ? !
Will that solve the problem ? NO !

How on earth can anyone believe what the Yahap govt people say when they are deaf and blind to the fiscal crimes their own officers commit ?? !!

President Mahinda Rajapakse and his brother Gotaphaya steered this nation through the roughest times in recent history and regained it for ALL its people to live in Peace. JUST FOR THAT REASON THE RAJAPAKSE NAME WILL LIVE ON IN THE HISTORY OF THIS NATION.
Navigating through the maze of conflicting interests of the various stakeholders had led to mistakes being made which became magnified with the internationalization of the conflict and the use of propaganda that blurred the Truth and was never challenged strongly enough by the Rajapakses.
STILL, THE BROTHERS HELD THE TEAM TOGETHER AND THE GRUESOME WAR WAS BROUGHT TO AN END WITH THE COMMITMENT OF THE ARMED FORCES WHO LAID THEIR LIVES ON THE LINE AND WON THE ADMIRATION OF ALL WHO UNDERSTOOD WHAT EXACTLY HAD BEEN ACCOMPLISHED.
n the 5yr that followed, the MR Govt.’s development plan surged ahead with a different national agenda for the Forces under Gotphaya’s command, who brought a new look to the island..cleaned and spruced up cities, opened up public spaces and encouraged Tourism into regenerating the economy. Hotels began to line up the coastal and hill country areas and there was a new awakening of the senses of a war-tired people to what the nation could become. But the “envy factor” brought a quick goodbye to all that and today, the ONLY country that could have helped Sri Lanka further is being courted by the very Internationals as well as the political enemies in Sri Lanka that connived and brought the Rajapakses down
IN NO MODERN NATION HAVE LEADERS WHO PROTECTED AND SAVED THE NATION BEEN HARASSED AND HUMILIATED BY THE SUCCESSORS AS THE CURRENT YAHAPALANA GOVERNMENT CONTINUES TO DO ON A DAILY BASIS TO A FAMILY TO WHOM THE NATION OWES SO MUCH….
