   Udaya Gammanpila clearly explains the issues we must confront in this long-term lease of the Hambantota Port to China with MINIMAL BENEFIT to Sri Lanka.

   A MUCH BETTER agreement retaining the PRIMARY BENEFIT to Sri Lanka should be negotiated based on a National Policy of NOT ALIENATING ANY LAND and STRATEGIC ASSETS to ANY foreign powers for ANY LENGTH of time.
