Conditions for Peace talks

With reference to conditions for Peace talks, May I suggest two additional conditions

1. LTTE should refrain from recruiting or using child soldiers for any of their activities

2. LTTE should not disturb the the educational activities of children in the North & East with their self defence and other programmes.
