Dog & Pony Show in Europe

The recent Dog & Pony Show in Europe at the EU and donors' meeting, with Norway representing all matters Sri Lanka seems to be making a mockery of the Paradise Island trying to keep itself together.

Even though the majority of the Sri Lankans do not want to talk to these terrorists right now (I am positive) with the victories in the battlefields, for the sake of the soldiers who have sacrificed their lives and their all, to prevent the breaking up of this little island nation as well as considering the scarifies the country has made and suffered during the past 29 years, does Sri Lanka have a choice?

The rest of the world looks at Sri Lanka through the Norway's perspective. In that Norway is kind of self appointed representative for Sri Lanka and that may be the reason why Solheim feels he does not need to consult Sri Lanka when he decides what is good for Sri Lanka? If you do not want peace we'll squeeze you economically. Its really a massive tsunami type stormy sea created internationally - primarily with the influence by Tiger Representative Solheim, that the Sri Lanka's President has to navigate his ship for the sake of unity, sanity and to keep this poor country from falling apart.

The obvious strategy Sri Lanka should adopt and no one can deny this, Sri Lanka should keep fighting till its forces regain Elephant Pass and recapture land all the way to Kilinochchi. Take the World War 2 as an example. Recapture maximum land before any peace. Who can stop you?

Do not give one inch back.

Then stop and talk peace (maybe) in December or even January next year when Sri Lankan forces are within multi barreled rocket distance from Killinochchi, and not when Tiger puppet Solheim wants.

Our foreign minister should summon the Norway's ambassador to his office immediately and demand explanation as to how, why and with whose god given authority does puppet Solheim makes unilateral decisions regarding the venue and date for any meeting with the LTTE. In future all such matters should be after GoSL has been consulted.

The meeting (if any) should be held in Sri Lanka only and with face to face with Fat Prabha. Not with smiley Tamil Silva or that sick buffoon Ugly Anton. There is no need to give VIP treatment and first class flights to a bunch of thugs from Vanni when they are fighting for their very survival. The whole world knows Sri Lanka has the advantage right now and it will be a (Using Ugly Anton's own words) a Monumental Folly to talk peace right now without having foolproof and adequate stops in place.

LTTE has not only to renounce violence but all its army, so called navy and air force have to surrender all their arms.

GoSL should position its army in all LTTE positions.

Tear up the flawed CFA and now GoSL will be talking peace.
