GOVERNMENT SHOULD RESIST ALL FOREIGN ATTEMPTS TO HELP OUT THE FLEEING TERRORISTS

Shattering the myth of LTTE’s invincibility and military supremacy, propagated by the vested interests, dollar enslaved peace merchants, and political opportunists, our gallant forces who always have the blessings and the patronage of the patriotic masses, and who are determined and committed to protect the sovereignty of the nation, have successfully repulsed and forced away the terrorists inflicting heavy casualties in many fronts they attempted to infiltrate, and continue to do so earning the applause of every free Sri Lankan.

In the previous occasions when our forces displayed similar gallantry their bravery had been halted and they were pathetically caged in their barracks due to unjustifiable pressure from the foreigners and the enemies of the nation. Patriotic masses fervently hope that such deplorable scenario would not arise this time as the President is reported to have vowed that the government would not bow to terrorist demands and withdraw from the North.

A situation that existed prior to deplorable Indian invasion of 1987 to establish its hegemony and make Sri Lanka one of its client State seems to be in the formation in the Indian State of Tamil Nadu presently being ruled by Tamil Chauvinists with the collaboration of the Congress Party which has a dreadful vision of imposing Indian hegemony over all States bordering India and the Indian Ocean.

The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi is a Prabhakaran in sheep’s skin but with a wider global vision for an International Tamil State. He is possibly the only chauvinist living Tamil leaders who started the chauvinist Dravidian movement to establish an International Tamil State with Tamil Nadu as its main base. However, they had to temporarily abandon this objective due to Indian geopolitical situation after Indian independence but kept the objective alive by spreading the vision among the Tamils living in countries elsewhere.

These chauvinists believe that Tamils are the oldest and the supreme nation in the world with a history dating back to a period prior to Mesapotanian civilization. When their attempt of segregation in India failed they exported it to the neighbouring Sri Lanka and the hegemonic Congress Government of Indira Gandhi provided them the favourable platform to build up the nascent Tamil army.

It was with the explicit patronage of the Tamil Nadu leaders M.G.Ramachandran and Karunanidhi competing with each other to help and assist the terrorist organizations, particularly the LTTE terrorists, Wanni terrorists attained it present military prowess. The overwhelming pressure exerted by Ramachandran and Karunanidhi politically, Dixit born to a Tamil Nadu woman, and Taml Nadu civil servants Parthasarathy and Chidambaram forced the Indian government and the Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi to launch his deplorable “Parippu Invasion” and subjugate Sri Lanka as a client State of Sri Lanka and install the half Tamil Dixit as the uncrowned viceroy of Sri Lanka.

With the LTTE’s fallout with the Rajiv Gandi and his cohorts, Karunanidi too distanced from them. The Jain Commission which investigated into the killing of Rajiv Gandhi claims that Karunanidhi was directly linked to the persons involved in the killing of Rajiv Gandhi. The Commission has accused Karunanidhi on ten major counts.

The Commission report reveals that Karunanidhi had not only helped in the murder of Rajiv Gandhi but also in the murder of another seventeen persons including Padmanabha.

When our gallant forces were heroically encountering the terrorist enemies in the year 2000 when the terrorists attempted to regain control of Jaffna, the then Sri Lankan President Mrs. Chandrika Kumaratunga sent appeals to India, Pakistan and some other countries requesting for urgent military assistance.

At this instance, Karunanidhi who was the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu rushed to Delhi and prevented Indian government providing any assistance. He urged India to demand Sri Lanka to evacuate the 40,000 Sri Lankan forces from the Jaffna peninsula and stop the massacre of Tamils, which the Indian government respectfully obliged. During this turbulent period Karunanidhi was strongly advocating that the only solution for Sri Lanka was its division into two states as it was done in Chzechoslovakia.

With the election of Karunanidhi as the new Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu last May and with hegemonic Congress Party becoming its main ally, Tamil Chauvinism has once again raised its ugly head in Tamil Nadu and other adjoining States.

Tamil Chauvinism is the basic principle of all political parties in Tamil Nadu. The two main political parties – Karunanidhi’s DMK and Ms. Jayalalitha’s AIDMK – differ only on personality clashes. All these political parties consider Tamils throughout the world, whether they be from India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, South Africa, or Fiji island, as one nation. They can be considered as the most racist politicians in the world.

When President Rajapakse made his first foreign visit to India in December 2005 thousands of telegrams were sent on behalf of Tamil Eelam Supporters Coordinating Committee to the Indian Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh asking him not to sign any military agreement with the Sri Lankan Government. Leaders of racist political parties Mr .Vaiko and Dr. Ramadass went personally to request Mr. Manmohan Singh. They also staged a mammoth protest in Madras against President’s proposed visit to Tamil Nadu, which was later abandoned.

A recent report in one of the terrorist Websites claimed that Karunanidi has promised to take the right action at the right moment in respect of the problems of the Tamils of Sri Lanka. Latest events listed below show that Karunanidhi is vigilantly acting to fulfill this promise, and once against campaign for Indian intervention in Sri Lanka.

- When the racist MPs of political parties some of which are Karunanidhi’s coalition partners, protested in the State Assembly about the training of Sri Lankan Police personnel in Coimbtore, Karunanidhi promised to take appropriate action about this matter and subsequently made representations to the Central Government and got the Sri Lankan Police personnel expelled from the State halting their training programmes.

- Wide publicity is being given to arrival of refugees from Sri Lanka implicating the Sri Lankan government ruthlessly harming the Tamils in Sri Lanka. The monthly stipend given to the so-called refugees has been doubled. Karunanidhi has also requested the Central Government provide a reservation for Sri Lanka students for University Admissions

- When the Mawil Aru anicut problem cropped up the racist MPs vehemently criticized the Sri Lankan forces as killing innocent Tamil despite it was the terrorists who mercilessly killed and displaced thousands innocent people in Muttur and other areas. Karunanidhi urged the Indian Govenrment to demand the Sri Lankan government to stop military action.

- Following a protest by lawyers in Madras over the military action against the camp of child conscripts at “Sencholai” misreported by vested interests as a camp of students, the Tamil Nadu Assembly today (Thursday – 17th August) unanimously passed a motion condemning the incident and also observed two minutes’ silence purportedly in sympathy of the dead children. Speaking on the motion Karunanidi has made a speech awfully criticizing the Sri Lankan government and our gallant forces.

Recent events in the Tamil Nadu State show that these racist politicians are once again building up a scenario for the hegemonic aspirant Indian government to intervene in Sri Lanka once again. The despicable anti-war tamasha held in Colombo today with the active participation of treacherous Hulan Pereras and Cardboard Silvas could be an Indian High Commission sponsored event. If they are really against war they should have staged their rally in Kilinocchi as it is the terrorist who are waging the war which is being daringly countered by our gallant forces even sacrificing their precious life for protecting the territorial integrity of this nation.
