Sencholai Deaths.

We must not forget that the UNICEF has all along unsuccessfully tried for the LTTE to disband its Baby Brigade and seize force conscription of children.

Had the LTTE heeded to the UNICEF’s demands, the death of ‘Sencholai’ children would not have occurred. Of course, dead are definitely going to be children, when you keep child-soldiers in your fighting units.

What I fail to understand is that the LTTE’s sudden concern of the children. If they are so caring, why do they keep forcibly recruiting children into their fighting units?

However at this time, being a parent myself, my heart goes out to all those helpless parents who are living under the atrocities of the LTTE.

I beg to so call ‘INTERNATIONL COMMUNITY’ to come forward and help us crush the LTTE and bring lasting peace to Sri Lanka and its people of all ethnicity.

Please mark by words, as long as the LTTE is out there, we will never have peace in this country.
