LTTE infra structure should be destroyed

Dear Editor,

It's a mockery to ignore the Tamil Tiger atrocities and listen to westerners who advocate peace talks with terrorists. This government should get on with the job of destroying the LTTE infrastructure immediately, which facilitates the attacks on innocent, poor people and possibly a full scale surprise attack on Jaffna or an isolated disastrous bomb attack in Colombo.

All LTTE naval gun boats should be sunk, which could be detected from air and decommission every aerial capabilities of LTTE. Their infantry units should be flattened, with minimum harm to innocent Tamil civilians.

Norwegians, in disguise of a peace negotiator and convincing western governments, especially US, of their genuine intentions of acting as a peace maker (the very people who messed up in Mid East) are really siding with the Tigers, which was apparent at the failed peace talks in Oslo. The GOSL in future, should not attend any talks in Oslo or anywhere in Scandinavian countries.
A video link between Vanni and Colombo is all that is needed for a dialogue between the GOSL and LTTE. It's wise to talk to all Tamil parties, without giving undue prominence to LTTE.

So long the GOSL indirectly recognise the existence of LTTE's military forces and the terms Eelam and homeland, the Terrorists will gain on the 'psychological war', which is potent as the real one.

It will be interesting to find out how many Sinhala people, be it in the armed forces or elsewhere, are in the Tamil Tiger payroll? Traitors will do anything for money, especially when the offers go upto millions. Intelligence need to be jacked up especially in Colombo, to avoid a catastrophe, which would be disaster for GOSL and a moral booster for the terrorists.

Instead of limited operations, our forces should hit precisely the targets, detected through reconnaissance. If we procrastinate, we will certainly lose Jaffna. Before the enemy hit us, we should hit the enemy hard and show the the world that there is one government in Sri Lanka and one land called Sri Lanka. If Tamils need self governance and self rule, they can find that in India, which is their real homeland.
