IT’S TIME FOR INDIA TO
HELP ELIMINATE TIGER TERRORISTS, ITS OWN
MISCREANTS

Terrorists rocked the whole world on 9/11 – 2001 and made Americans
to suffer the worst humiliation in their history. Britain suffered a
similar humiliation on 07/07 – 2005. On 07/11 India suffered a similar
humiliation in the hands of the terrorists and lost over 200 innocent
people and injured over 700 persons. Parroting the much publicized statements
articulated by American President George Bush and British Premier Tony
Blair at the times of their misery, the Indian Prime Minister Manmohan
Singh said that “Terrorism anywhere and everywhere constitutes a threat
to civilised ways of living" and "No cause is great enough to justify
recourse to the killing of innocent men, women, and children”. Well
said Mr. Singh. Innocent men, women and children in Sri Lanka are being
brutally and inhumanly murdered for over two decades by the terrorist
LTTE, bred, armed, trained and strengthened by India. Will Indian Prime
Minister and the Indian leaders put their words into deeds and take
action to eliminate the terrorists in Sri Lanka, its own miscreants?
Any patriotic and sane Sri Lankan will not hesitate to say that India
is primarily responsible for our sufferings in the hands of the terrorists
for over two decades. This is a fact that no one can deny or no once
can belittle its enormity. Many Sri Lankans do agree that the former
Sri Lankan President J.R. Jayawardene’s foreign policy and his blind
courting of the West were not conducive to many nations in the Asian
region. But it does not give right to any neighbouring nation to make
manoeuvres militarily, economically or diplomatically to destroy that
nation. That is why the whole world opposes American moves to destablise
Cuba, destablise Bolivia, destablise Venezeula and destablise other
neighbouring Latin American nations.
India puffed-up with its regional hegemonic ambitions strongly detested
Sri Lanka as it could not tame Sri Lanka similar to other neighbours
Nepal, Bhutan and even Bangladesh. The irrational policies of J.R.Jayawardene
and his mishandling of the 1983 racial riots kindled by his own racist
Ministers, gave the golden opportunity for the Indian military strategists
and the Indian Secret Service, RAW to compel Indian Prime Minister Mrs.
Indira Gandhi to agree in drawing up of their plans to destablise and
destroy Sri Lanka employing the Tamil chauvinists of Sri Lanka.
This resulted in the creation of Tamil terrorists who has emerged as
the world’s ruthless terrorists today, terrorising and killing innocent
men, women, and children not only in Sri Lanka but also in Canada, Britain,
Qatar and other nations, constituting a threat to civilised living anywhere
and everywhere – a paradigm applied by Mr. Manmohan Singh.
Tamil youths were lured with malicious propaganda against Sri Lanka
and were trained in many camps throughout India by Indian retired and
serving military officers recruited by RAW. The camp near Greater Kailas,
New Delhi trained them in the firing of AK-47s, SMGs other weapons and
in the use of explosives. In the Canal Park, New Delhi camp they were
trained in the manufacture of bombs and other explosives. In another
camp in the outskirts of New Delhi they were trained in the use of rocket
launchers, guerrilla warfare, Communication and in grenade throwing.
There were many such camps in Uttar Pradesh and they were also trained
in India’s principle military camp in Dehra Dun. Further, there were
many such camps in the four Southern States, Kerala, Telengu Desam,
Karnataka and Tamil Nadu that provided all aspects of military warfare,
guerrilla warfare, manufacture of bombs and weapons etc. .
Many attempts made by the valiant Sri Lakan military have been thwarted
by irrational and unethical political pressure exerted by the Indian
governments and Indian politicians. The first such blatant move was
made by the LTTE murdered Indian Prime Minister Mr. Rajiv Gandhi in
1987 which forcibly halted Sri Lankan military advance at Vadamarachchi
the continuation of which could have annihilated the terrorist threat.
India deployed its forces, IPKF in Sri Lanka, claiming to disarm the
tiger terrorists which it was obliged to undertake under the Indo-Sri
Lanka Agreement enforced by India. Instead of disarming the tiger terrorists,
the Indian forces attempted to implement a hidden plan drawn up by RAW,
the Indian Secret Service, to build up a proxy force called Tamil National
Army and empower it in the North and East. It was the atrocities done
by this proxy Army, TNA together with the IPKF that enabled the Tiger
Terrorists driven to jungle hideouts by the Sri Lankan forces to re-emerge
and make the IPKF mission a debacle for the Indian Army.
Again in the year 2000 when the Tiger Terrorists attempted to regain
Jaffna the Sri Lankan government of President Chandrika Kumaratunge
requested Indian assistance to defeat the terrorists. India categorically
refused military assistance and volunteered to evacuate the 40000 strong
Sri Lankan army personnel from Jaffna to Colombo in a hidden attempt
to help the terrorists to occupy the demilitarized Jaffna. If it was
not for the multi-barrel rocket launchers and other weapons instantly
supplied by Pakistan and Czechoslovakia the fate of Jaffna could have
been different and even the prediction made by treacherous Ranil Wickremasnghe
to BBC that the LTTE will capture Jaffna could have been materialized
for the dismay of all Sri Lankans except Ranil and his cohorts.
India has yet failed to take decisive and meaningful action to curb
and halt anti Sri Lankan activities and propaganda being carried out
by the racist politicians in Tamil Nadu. Politicians such as Vaiko of
MDMK, DPI Leader T. Thirumavalavan, DMDK leader film idol Vijayakanth,
PMK leader Dr. Ramdos and many other splinter political groups continuously
carry out agitations and protest rallies against the Sri Lankan government.
A major anti-Sri Lankan political event was allowed recently following
the post Kebbitigollawa massacre air strikes.
Despite steep escalation of violence and murder and mayhem of Sri Lankan
military personnel and innocent civilians, attempts to murder the Commander
of the Sri Lankan Forces, establishment of a rogue air wing that threatens
the whole Asian region, establishment of a menacing naval unit by the
tiger terrorists Indian government has been urging and commanding the
Sri Lankan government to resist from military action and negotiate with
the terrorists to find a peaceful solution.
Mr. Manmohan Singh addressing delegates from the State Administrations
is reported to have emphasized today (20th July 2006) that each and
every State should take firm and strong action to eliminate terrorism
in each State. He has promised that the Central Government will provide
all assistance for this endeavour.
If India is really interested in eliminating terrorism from anywhere
and everywhere as aspired by the Indian Premier Mr. Manmohan Singh,
India is capable and proficient in doing so, and has a history of achieving
such success. The Sikh terrorism in Punjab was the greatest threat faced
by the post independent India. It was ruthlessly suppressed and successfully
eliminated under K.P.S.Gill, in defiance of all international norms.
We hope that India will change its present foolish stance of advocating
Sri Lanka to seek negotiations with the tiger terrorists and help Sri
Lanka to totally eliminate the Tiger Terrorists who threatens civilized
life anywhere and everywhere.
