JVP made a monumental error in not joining the President Mahinda Rajapakses government. The President kept wooing them despite their arrogance, and misplaced pride. Now things are beginning to change and JVP appears to be waking up from their long sleep to realise that their place has been taken by a manoeuvring, slithery, untrustworthy UNP.

Mr. Somawansa Amarasinghe, the emptiest vessel in the JVP kitchen making the loudest noise has lead JVP by its nose. He makes most inappropriate statements, without realising that each time he opens his mouth, the JVP loses a number of its one time admirers.

Somavansa had recently said addressing the teachers and students at a meeting at the New Town Hall, that he see SLFP as a party that indulge in the oldest profession in the world. They wait on the road to go with anyone that comes across. Somawansa may not know, that the SLFP may have resorted to prostitution as their impotent JVP partners are a lot of emasculated eunuchs gifted with gabs to make noises without performing sexual acts.

Somawansa had said somewhere else that JVP will get the people to send the President home. JVP should by now know that the President Mahinda Rajapkse has gained more popularity and has the UNP crawling around him. If the JVP continues asking for the satisfaction of the 20 demands, before joining the government it will be JVP, that may lose the 39 seats to UNP. And the UNP with the reflected popularity of the SLFP may even form the next government. Bravo JVP, you have asked for it and you may get it. Keep on barking at the wrong tree

Tilvin Silva the General Secretary of JVP had said, that if Government is willing to change to confront the situation that has arisen now with a definite programme, the JVP is prepared to become responsible partners in such a Government . It is well said, but what he says does not show that JVPers are capable of being responsible partners.
