Who Funded the TNA trip to India?

Ramanie de Zoysa

The Tamil National Alliance (TNA) members who went on an excursion to India (albeit unsuccessful) in the hope of drumming up support for the Tamil terrorist band LTTE against the very Sri Lankan Government they have taken an oath to serve should be disciplined by HE President Rajapakse on his return to Sri Lanka.

President Rajapakse must investigate whether the public purse funded this trip which was openly undertaken by the TNA rogue MPs to act to the detriment of the Sri Lankan Government and its people by seeking India’s support for the beleaguered Tamil terrorists. If this is the case the President is accountable to the people as to why public funds are spent on anti- Sri Lankan and pro-terrorist ventures.

If the LTTE funds have been used by the TNA members for the trip they should be arrested on return to the country under prevailing anti-terror laws of the land and taken through the necessary judicial processes to determine the punishment they should get for actively practising terrorism against the people of Sri Lanka.
