What can one see at night without Night Visions? And without lights in the dark?
Dreams turning into realities. For the LTTE terrorists, this is Chistmas!

Hundreds of poor soldiers and other defense staff have been killed. Many more civilians slaughtered. Tens of thousands displaced.

Sea Tigers destroying naval and fishing vessels. LTTE Tiger troops giving more than a headache to the SL Army. Even your own Sri Lankan Sinhalese (turncoats) soldiers and civilians turned informers to LTTE.

Now to cap it all the Air Tigers or the Tiger Airforce, making night calls and hitting strategic targets. Then after the hit & run, they return to base in their self-built in the jungles of Wanniya, two seater propellar driven "Tiger Moths". Cool isn't it?

Do Not Blame the SLAF. The blame land right at the foot of the Minister of Defence. That is YOU, Mr. President!

The SLAF is sitting and picking their noses! Because "THIS IS NOT WAR!". It is only a game. Let us all sit and watch. Even switch the power off, to make it more exciting. So much for motivation from the Leader.

This IS War!

Listen Mr. President, and your dear brother Gothabaya (lovely historical name for a non-performer), Your Presidential House (the former Queens House) and the Temple Trees are the next targets. Possibly the Parliament too.

Hope you change your sleeping arrangements frequently enough, and in secrecy. However secret, you are being tracked by the LTTE 24x7, as a target for destruction. Have you checked your vehicles for GPS tracking devices magnetically held for tracking by GPS Satellites?

The SLAF is a laughing stock now. Buy the best possible fighter jets (any sales commission changing hands????), and forget the Night Vision goggles. So the jets might be waiting to be destroyed, like "sitting ducks". Replacement will create more commissions for the decision makers in the Ministry of Defence. Who are the decision makers on such deals?

Is Gothabhaya involved?

First, after the Tsunami disaster, I questioned the integrity of the President Rajapaksa when there were some embarrassing questions raised on the disappearence or misappropriation of Tsunami funds. But when I saw the positive actions being taken against the LTTE, then I decided to wait & see.

Now some severe and serious questions of the efficiency and efficacy of the Secretary of Defence, under his own brother. Are they playing a game together?

SLAF now needs a complete professional audit on their inactivity and incapability to defend the territory they are expected to defend. SLAF has superior air power and capability. If the Tiger Airforce with their self-assembled two seaters improvised with bombs, can travel for one hour, do its job, then return to base, unscathed, then more than one question must be asked. Get the Israeli help, please!

Is Sri Lanka at War or Not?

If not, why not give a Kiss & a Cuddle to rolly poly fat Prabha and invite him for a Dosai feast at the Galle Face Green? Saraswathi and the Greenlands are round the corner.
