CFA was secretly signed by Ranil W without the knowledge of his cabinet and the president of the country whereby he allocated the governance of the North & East to the tigers.

He and chandrika looked the otherside when the tigers smuggled in aircraft parts and arms and collected taxes.

The International community pressured the sri lankan govt to maintain the CFA.

In spite of much warnings that the Tigers were only interested in arming itself they persisted with the CFA putting the sovereignty of sri lanka at risk for there own political gain.

Five to six years down the line we now find that the tigers have not only a formidable sea tiger unit but also a nascent air force which they have established in the last few years under the pretext of observing the CFA making mokery of the agreement.

The international community and the Sri Lankan Govt has either been taken for a ride or have secretly approved it.

Now that the real purpose of the CFA has been established it is time the architects of this treacherous agreement are made to account.
