Dayan Jayatilleke’s article on ‘ Kosovo’s Kouchner, Inventor Of ‘Humanitarian Interventionism’, To Monitor Sri Lanka’, puts a finger on an important development of world politics. It cannot be dismisses as speculative as facts speak for themselves.

This points to a sinister campaign for the domination of the world by the white nations. Former USSR was an obstacle to the International Community lead by America to dominate the world politics and keep the South undeveloped. When they successfully broke up the USSR, America became the unchallenged leader of the world. The situation was further developed by the two Germanys getting together, and Poland falling into their net. And with Yugoslavia in shatters there is no fear of another Communist insurgence.

This situation did not please the European big powers, and their development of the European Union with more members and breaking away from the Dollar Zone, with a currency of their own was a challenge to American domination.

It was in this situation that the Globalization was mooted. This brought all the White Nations together, with Japan leagued into it, to make up the International Community. The stage was now set for the sinister plan of keeping the South from development, and challenging the superiority of the International Community. But China escaped their vigilance and was quick to become another economic giant out side the privileged group of the North.

But will the International Community be able to net in China in to a new Dollar Zone ?
Now the problem is with India, which is also catching up with their economic development. Two economic giants in the South is not what was expected by the White Nations. And so was the merger of the North and South Vietnam which too is developing fast to become economically independent. In this situation the International Community will do its best to keep Korea divided, and Thailand under American Influence. Burma is a sore spot for them as they cannot enter that country to damage its potential development.

Under, the Present Government of Mahinda Rajapakse despite a terrorist menace, Sri Lanka is showing signs of development in vital branches of economy and technology. This is again a challenge to the International Community, specially with its neighbor India developing into another economic power in the South. The International Community seems to be moving to remove that situation by breaking up Sri Lanka, which may lead to Vaiko Lead Tamil South, breaking away from the mainland India.

At this precise moment, Germany refusing to provide aid to Sri Lanka and asking the other donor States to do like wise appears to be the beginning of the execution of the major step of their sinister plan.

There are others who have been given their part to play. Alan Rock with his false report which seems to have been accepted lock stock and barrel by the UNO, and Clinton the generous ex-president, promoting Chandrika as a world figure, are very eloquent of the International Community playing its pawns in the checker board of their global political plan.

Ranil Wickramasinghe’s appointment as the President of the International Democratic Union, Asia Pacific, may also be another move by the main players of the global plan. The IDU, being a Union of Christian political leaders, Ranil Wickramasinghe went all out to paint himself a Buddhist by writing a book on Buddhism and promising to build the biggest Buddhist dagaba.

The International Community behind its anti terrorist democratic face, lent a hand to promote LTTE terrorists, by placing its confidence in Norwegian Monitors as an effective Monitoring Mission. They gave verbal support to government against terrorism but never moving in any practical way to help the Sri Lanka Government to fight terrorism, though fighting against terrorism was high in their agenda. The LTTE terrorists with their Christian link, and the Catholic Church gathering force around Prabhakaran, are not altogether distasteful for the International Community.

This is seen in the International Community making a statement of the inadvisability of de-merging North East. A bigger land mass in a merged North East with Tamil Nadu breaking away from India would be a good proposition for the International Community for its global leadership. The Norwegian led Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission suddenly meeting in Colombo, when the terrorism in North and East is being weakened by the Government forces, appears to be their secret code to LTTE terrorists to fall in line and gather forces, and build themselves quickly for a determined attack against the government forces.

In the light of the International Community voicing its support for a merged North East, though Mr.Ananandasangaree deserves the Madanjeet Singh Prize , one wonder whether the International Community had a say in its award at this juncture, for Mr. Anandasangaree stands for a merged north-east, and a federal constitution.

While JVP and the JHU are fighting their small wars, with the President Mahinda Rajapakse, the International Community is moving slowly but surely ,building its global empire and preparing the break up of Sri Lanka. The MoU between SLFP and the UNP seems a step to weaken the President , and a move to encourage an alternative government with a Ranil Chandrika combination, that suits International Community perfectly well. The UNP-SLFP union may have been arranged in connivance with India and the International Community, with Ranil Wickramasinghe going ahead to forge the Union.

We cannot forget Africa, Arab States and South America in the global picture. International Community have no qualms about keeping Africa poor and coming to their help when ever necessary with guns and bombs and set up their own puppets to rule over the poor Africans states that rebel.

Africa is divided and the developed countries would not give a helping hand for their development or take an initiative to allow them to form a Union of African States. The way out of political ills of African states is to bury their differences and unite for progress and development. The Arab States on the other hand with their riches are also divided. They seem to be satisfied with what petrol money can bring them, and no effort seems necessary for real development projects. But the International Community has no problem as the Arab States will never develop a socialist political system which would be a challenge to them..

Only bright light is South America, which has the potentials for development into a formidable political force. But all depends on the leadership of each one of the nations and their ability to bring the people together. But for the moment these regions are not obstacles for the formation of a global empire of the white nations.

This may rightly be called speculation, but it sounds plausible.
