Open Letter to the British High
Commissioner - Please be realistic

Dear Mr. Chilcott,
HR abuses, Extortion, Murder,
Torture, Killing and Kidnapping in London, UK
This letter is not meant to offensive to the UK government, but simply
to expose duplicity and make you aware of reality. The Police force
of UK and the Sri Lankan security forces should be commended for their
work to eliminate terrorism. Further, this letter is not meant to be
offensive to our peace loving Tamil brothers and sisters.
I wish to draw to your attention to HR abuses, Extortion, Murder, Torture,
Killing and Kidnapping right here in London. Independent valid evidence,
available in the public domain, is` provided. The lawless acts are committed
by Tamil gangs. The experience in London is a sample of the violence
committed by Tamils terrorists in Sri Lanka. In Sri Lanka, the violence
by Tamil gangs is on a much larger scale. Before you accuse Sri Lanka
of various things, you need to look at the violence in London. India
trained and armed LTTE and there is still arms flow from South India
(Tamil Nadu ). Please remember that terrorism is committed by terrorists
linked to LTTE. Sri Lankan Govt. is trying to safeguard law and order
and human rights , in extremely difficult conditions. The mission of
LTTE is to create a racist Tamil empire, funded by global bogus refugees.

There is also evidence of double standards by UK. UK, whilst invading
Iraq and Afganistan to defeat terrorism, is allowing a terrorist trainer
and child abuser (Adele Balasinham) to live in London. Perhaps, she
was brain washed, but as the video evidence shows, she still trained
children to become killers. This is clear abuse of Children. Why is
a child abuser allowed to live freely in London and take part in LTTE
propaganda ?. I think it is so disgusting to have double standards.
UK is allowing violence and HR abuse right here in London, whilst blaming
Sri Lanka. Further, the truth is that the whole sad violence in Sri
Lanka is caused by Western Countries allowing bogus refugees residency
status and turning a blind eye to their fund raising activities.
Truth
Sri Lanka is fighting to survive and LTTE is fighting to create a racist
Tamil empire. LTTE is a ruthless killing machine, and killed over 23
mp. Sadly, UK has been mislead by LTTE, which is a global terrorist
business, with ownership of Ships, TV stations, other businesses. LTTE
has been very effective in misleading people with its vast propaganda
network, operatives, agents, fronts and systems. The large number of
bogus Tamil refugees allowed into UK, makes the propaganda effort of
LTTE easy. Further Tamils have been given an unfair advantage over Sinhalese
for economic development, by Western Govts. allowing bogus refugees
to become citizens. This is discriminating against the Sinhalese. It
has caused massive economic imbalance in Sri Lanka. Also the favouritism
of Western Governments to Tamils is the main cause of war, death and
damage to the economy in Sri Lanka. As NAT pointed out Sri Lanka should
be compensated for the destruction caused by wars funded by bogus refugees
in Western Countries. It is unjust to punish the victim Sri Lanka. Punishing
Sri Lanka is like punishing a rape victim. I think UK and Western countries
should take full responsibility for the violence in Sri Lanka and help
Sri Lanka defeat terrorism. On each and every occasion in the past,
LTTE made use of cease fire agreements to prepare for war. UK should
not allow terrorist fundraising in UK. UK should help victims of terror.
The problem is caused by preferential treatment given to Tamils to reside
in UK. Bogus refugees have lied and fabricated stories to get a UK passport.
It takes considerable amount of time and effort to see the strategy
of LTTE and its hidden agenda..
The British Police have raided houses, manhandled innocent people ,arrested
people, shot and killed innocent people in London on suspicion of having
links with terrorist organizations why then there is a duplicity for
the LTTE terrorists?.
Remember Jean Charles de Menezes, a Brazilian was shot eight times
and killed by the Police, after boarding a London Underground train.
What is the need to hound the Sri Lanka Government, that is trying
to maintain law and order ? The Govt. is trying to deal with terrorism,
funded by bogus refugees from Western countries, under very difficult
conditions. LTTE is trying to create a racist Tamil empire and Western
Governments should help Sri Lanka rather than hound it.
You have mentioned discrimination. Sadly, there is discrimination in
UK. Remember Steven Lawrence, an innocent Black student killed and the
killer was not given any punishment. Lawrence case is merely tip of
the ice burg, and I am sorry that I had to mention it. How do you expect
Sri Lankan Govt., with limited resources to catch all criminals, when
the UK Govt. could not even catch a murderer ?
Mr Chilcot Sir, you failed to realise that LTTE, a well organised business,
is trying to create a racist Tamil empire, using bogus refugees, deception,
misinformation and false propaganda. Sri Lanka has suffered for centuries
from Tamil invasions and other hostile foreign invasions.
Of course I fully agree that human rights should be respected, and
criminals should be brought to justice. At the same time racist empire
builders such as Hitler and Prabakaran (LTTE leader) has to be defeated.
Remember UK fire bombed Dresdon, in Germany, killing Civilians, during
WWII. Remember USA, dropped nuclear bombs in Japan to defeat empire
builders, when National security was at risk. By hounding and stopping
aid to Sri Lanka you are indirectly supporting terrorists. We need decent
conduct between all humans and terrorists and war mongers have to be
defeated.
The law should be the same for all, and should be applied in a consistent
manner. There should be no favours to LTTE terrorists, who are fundraising
in UK and lobbying MPs. LTTE, which is a well organised business organisation,
have fronts and agents, very often camouflaged. LTTE fronts and agents
have to be identified by UK authorities and legal action taken to stop
their activities. If you care for Sri Lanka, please stop fund raising
by LTTE and stop giving residency status to bogus refugees. The root
cause of the problems in Sri Lanka is the funding of the war by overseas
bogus Tamil refugees. The countries that allow fund raising by terrorists
should compensate the victims of terrorism.

Please bear in mind that Sri Lanka is facing a ruthless, deadly, racist,
professional terror business, with a worldwide support and a propaganda
network. Sir, you failed to recognise that LTTE breached every previous
ceasefire agreement and they used the ceasefire agreement to prepare
for the next war. Further, Sri Lanka is fighting for survival, against
racist empire building and Sri Lanka needs global support. Sri Lankan
Govt. is working hard to safeguard peace, Human rights and democracy
in an environment of terrorism and false propaganda. For decades, Lanka
suffered alone without anyone pledging solidarity with her. Time you
stand by principles and values, respect the human rights of Sri Lankans
to live in peace, stop bogus refugees fund terror activities and stop
favouring bogus refugees when allowing residency in UK.
