TERRORIST MOLE BRAD ADAMS ATTEMPTS TO MISLEAD POPE BENEDICT XVI ON SRI LANKAA.A.M.NIZAM MATARA.Vultures thriving on carcasses, finding sustenance on the agony and misery of innocents yearn for prolonging conflicts, hinder potential solutions, urge protracted techniques of negotiations, overtly and covertly help, assist and strengthen aggressors, delinquents and felonious antisocial elements and political outcasts, as means to ensure their personal wellbeing. When it has become crystal clear that the firm and determined actions being taken by our defense establishment have the best ever likelihood of ending the decades of terrorist threat and destruction these vultures appearing in various forms, and taking shelter under impunity of various organizations have begun to raise their ugly heads to criticize and insult the President, the government and the gallant forces with the main objective of reversing the ensuing victories and force international interference against governing our own affairs in accordance with the aspirations of the masses and the peoples mandate. The letter written by Brad Adams of Human Rights Watch to Pope Bennedict XVI is a despicable act that needs condemnation by all and every patriotic Sri Lankan.
On top of the flagrant failure suffered by the Anarchy International (AI) in its widely deplored attempt to garner disrepute to Sri Lanka and its splendid cricket team which is the best icon for what Sri Lanka stands for and the real unity and ethnic harmony that prevails, the Asia Director of the Human Rights Watch, Brad Adams, based in London, with calculated sinister motives has written a long letter to Pope Benedict XVI to coincide with President Mahinda Rajapakses visit to Vatican, the first ever visit by a Sri Lankan Head of State. This Bad Adams despicable letter has been given prominent publicity by the terrorist and pro-terrorist media as it is nothing more than a statement by the bloodthirsty megalomaniac terrorist leader or by the barber turned terrorist Tamilselvan.
The despicable letter of Bad Adams begins with a lie, continues with deceit, fallacy and fabrications and ends with untruth. It absolves and whitewashes the terrorists and takes great pain to condemn and indict the government and the armed forces. Bad Adams starts his letter equating the Sri Lanka government with the terrorist outfit and alleging that the government had shown a brazen disregard for the safety and wellbeing of civilians, directing fire at civilian targets without discrimination, summarily executing persons, preventing delivering of humanitarian aid and has violated humanitarian law. It is known to anyone that the government is not responsible and not involved with any of these allegations. It is the government that makes every effort to shelter, feed and clothe these innocent civilians, prevent them being executed and used as human shields by the terrorists while continuously delivering all essentials to these civilians notwithstanding threats and obstructions by the terrorists. He accuses the government for targeting the clergy, whereas the actual fact is that there are a number of Catholic priests who openly support and promote the terrorist outfit in such a way placing doubts on the true nature of their adherence to the Christian faith. What prevents Bad Adams mentioning in his letter that Rev. Dr.Rayappu Joseph, Bishop of Mannar, Rev. Dr. Jeyanesan, the Coordinator of South Indian Missionary for Batticaloa District, Bishop of Jaffna Rt. Rev. Dr. Thomas Savundaranayagam, and many other leading priests openly support the activities of the terrorist outfit and fail even to raise a finger against the terrorist atrocities and thus knowingly violates the teachings in the Holy Bible such as And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me. But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. - Matthew 17:5-7 on by the terrorist outfit and place the blame on the Karuna group and epitomise it by alleging that government forces are assisting in many ways in this exercise, but however fail to give any concrete evidence to confirm his allegation. Again, without blaming the terrorist outfit for using innocent civilians as human shields and auxiliary forces, and praising the government for liberating these masses from the oppression of the terrorist outfit, this Bad Guy had attempted to paint a gloomy picture of several thousand forcibly displaced due to governments military actions in the East and these persons languishing in unhygienic camps and being denied the basic requirements. He also echoes the claims of the treacherous vulture groups and alleges without any concrete facts that the government is forcibly returning the families to uninhabitable places. As expected this despicable character has also taken great effort to apprise Pope Benedict that Sri Lanka is not a safe place to live in and there are increasing reported incidents of abductions, disappearances, murder and so on. As if to inform that people are safe only in the terrorist occupied areas. Does he know that there are thousand and thousands of Tamils who inhabited the Northern districts for several generations have been unable to visit their native places for decades due to fear of safety to their life? Another disgraceful reference being made by this B-fellow is the reference he makes about Mr. Champika Ranawake the Miniser of Environment and Natural Resources. Strongly criticising the comments made by Mr. Ranawake about the treacherous human rights groups, media crows, and other vultures, he deliberately points out that this Minister belongs to the Buddhist Monk Party and had advocated extra judicial methods to deal with critics of the government. What was the reason other than his religious bigotry that urged him to say that Mr.Ranawake belongs to the Party of Buddhist Monks? He has taken care not to leave out the terrorist groups prime target and the most detested individual of the treacherous vultures group Mr. Gotabhaya Rajapakse. He claims that the government introduced sweeping emergency regulations after an attempt to assassinate Defense Secretary Gotabaya Rajapakse, brother of the President, and deplores that these regulations give the security forces' expansive powers of search, arrest, detention, and seizure of property, including the right to make arrests without warrants and to hold individuals in unacknowledged detention for up to twelve months, and also allow for the disposal of the bodies of persons who die in police custody without public notification. ons by Karuna group, end abductions and disappearances, publicise the list of people detained, end forcible return of displaced persons, and in the fifth condition emphasises the prime objective of the letter that the government should accept a United Nations human rights monitoring mission.
