Is the international community and the Secretary General of the UN, so naive even to think that a bunch of raw Terrorists would take heed of a polite request to "dismantle their airpower in a verifiable manner"?

Importing aircraft in Completely Knocked Down (CKD) form, assemble in the jungles of Wanniya, constructucting the runaways, training exercises, fuel imports, fine targeting, MUST give the LTTE vast credit for their intelligence, logistical capability and leadership.

All this logistical infrastructure cannot be deployed without external support. The know-how must come from a government support and also with some tacit support from Sri Lankan authorities. The fingure points towards the NATO ally Norway. And Erik "Dosai" Solheim or popularly known in Killinocchi as "The Fart". (Solheim who loves Dosai with chillie sambar has a digestion problem)

When the SLG knew about the existence of the Tiger Air Wing (TAW) and the runaways, why did the SLAF ignore and let the TAW blossom into the present state?

Aircraft can be identified very easily from Satellites. Even a truck moving the aircraft can be tracked. Guided missiles could have been launched to take out most of these mobile threats. Airstrips are hugely visible by Satcom technology and could easily be destroyed.

Where was the air defence when the TAW flew to Katunayake?

Was this a planned exercise between the SLG forces to instigate a retaliatory attack on Wanniya and Killinocchi?

Right now India cannot afford to sleep because TAW brings a new dimension to Terrorism. If such an adventurous act could be launched from Sri Lanka, such multiple acts could be generated within India.

And our Dear Mr. Moon should take note.
