Mr. Rohitha Bogollagama, Where is the all party signed CFA document?

Kithsiri Athulathnudali, Florida, USA

In a statement released to the media, published on various web sites you stated that Sri Lanka government does not have the original copy of the Cease Fire Agreement (CFA). Now think, how can one discuss what is in the document when there is no document?

Its time to wake up and summoned all the ambassadors of the countries that protested for; Sri Lanka voiding the CFA. Look at their face straight and ask them "where is this document you are talking about"? Any one of them will not have an answer, but if some said I have a copy, then you should request it and publish it so that the world will know what's on it.

Next, your job at least in my opinion, is to address the issue of decomposing the two issues that have been bundled by these governments and entities that protested to the world, that Sri Lanka government is getting out of the CFA.

1. CFA as published on the Tamilnet.com web site on January 2nd 2008 has four articles and none of them mention human rights issues.
2. Once the human rights issue is separated out; the discussion can be totally focused on the CFA document that was published on the Tamilne.com

After my suggested meetings, you should write letters explaining the difference between the two issues. Then take every article and the clauses underneath them and show where they violate the Sri Lanka constitution, which in my opinion is a holy divine document that no Indian has a right to comment about or for that matter any other country in the world.

My understanding is; this document was signed by Erik Solheim, Ranil Wickramasinha and Prabhakeran. As published on web site of Asian Tribune on 01-10-08 Rani Wickramasinha now says he signed it. Every one says this, but where is this document stored? The best way to find out is by declaring that CFA monitors are no longer protected by diplomatic immunity. Then a private citizen can file a case requesting that the offices and residences of Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission (SLMM) have to be searched.

What if the signed document is found and it had many more jokes (as referred by Palitha Kohona) than the one that was published on the Tamilnet.com web site? For example: Sri Lanka Navy should be dismantled and navy ships sold. India should take over the Trincomalee harbor. India must have total control of Trincomalee. No other Navy should have access to Trincomalee. Central government in India must consult Tamil Nadu government before taking any action to allow foreign ships to enter the harbor. Vaikko, MDMK secretary should be appointed as the comptroller of the region and he should have the veto power over the Indian government. Sounds funny? Yes, it is funny now but what if above was in that CFA document and Ranil became the president? I will let the reader to use his / her imagination.

Has any Sinhala realized that every Indian clown starts talking about Sri Lanka, first thing they want to talk about is federal state, which is no longer used. Late Chalvanayaghm started this Federal joke with his Federal party. Again the fun part of it; Chalvanayaghm was not born in Sri Lanka, he was born in Malaysia. What is used today is the devolution of power and changes to the constitution. Mukhejee clown, Indian Foreign Minister, said on the January 4th 2008, "I do not like Sri Lanka to be a Unitary State". So did the M.K. Narayanan kochhiaya, the Indian National Security Advisor (As posted on Earthtimes.org by Narayana Swamy, on December 28th 2007). When asked why by a reporter he said that Sinhala must not be allowed in Tamil areas because Sinhala will harass the Tamils as it is been carried out in Colombo and other cities. Chidambaram, Indian Finance minister when he visited Sri Lanka said the same thing, "Federal system of government is the best system of government for Sri Lanka". What he didn't say is: scrap Sri Lanka constitution, we will write a constitution for you so it will be easy for India to annex the merged Eastern and Northern provinces to Tamil Nad". If the Indian Prime Minister comes to Sri Lanka what would one think he will say: The same thing, devolution of power. Nothing else! Every Indian government, mentally deranged officials when they set foot on Sri Lanka, first thing they say is change the Sri Lanka constitution. Sri Lanka has a British Colonial conditioned press, so no one is ready to challenge such denigrate statements and question: Why don't you change the Indian constitution and do devolution of power so that the Kashmir conflict could be solved. This is what happened to Nilantha Ilangamuwa of Sri Lanka Guardian, when he interviewed Dr. Swamiya recently. The problem with Indians is; their constitution was written by the British. Sri Lanka constitution was written by Sinhala and it is far superior to the Indian system that cannot even solve the Kashmir conflict within the bounds of their constitution.

Now Mr. foreign Minister Rohitha Bogalagama, you boo booed the vote at CMAG meeting in Kampala. Didn't even apologies for the mistake. May be you got some kappan from Indian RAW? Know one knows. My take on that is: "Obawa Avisvasi, Apta Avisvasi, Obawa Avisvasi". To remedy this boo boo you did in Kampala and to excel, you should attempt to find this signed CFA document and publish it. Ask the Norwegians, if they refuse to give it to Sri Lanka government, then say so.

Honorable Foreign Minister Bogalagama, THE BURNING QUESTION OF THE DAY IS "WHERE IS THE SIGNED CFA DOCUMENT".
