Canada's coalition government is bound to lift the ban of the Tamil Tiger terrorists Asoka Weerasinghe Gloucester . Ontario Canada The Editor (Letters) THE OTTAWA CITIZEN Sir: While most of Canada will support the union between the Liberal Party and the New Democratic Party who have intentions to topple the minority Conservative government during the next no confidence motion, promising the country that they are better suited to provide an “Economic stimulus”, perhaps I am the single voice that is concerned about this coalition which will certainly be a stimulus for “terrorism”. This will be the perfect coalition that the Tamil Tiger terrorist group in SriLanka will be praying for as they told Prime Minister Paul Martin during his post-Tsunami visit to Sri Lanka in January 2005, that Canada indeed was their best country ally and thanked him for the Liberal government support. The Liberals after dodging for 13 years to ban the Tamil Tigers as a terrorist organization while the rest of the western world had banned them, and letting the Tamil Diaspora collect two million dollars a month for the Tamil Tiger war chest; and the leader of the NDP comparing the Tamil Tiger terrorist maniacal fascist leader Velupillai Prabhakaran to South Africa’s Nelson Mandela in front of 10,000 Tamils at Queens Park during their Pongu Thamil celebrations, what is in store for the innocent Sinhalese and Muslims in Sri Lanka is that their right-to-life will be threatened once again by these marauding Tamil Tiger terrorists who will kill them with impunity wanting their separate state, Eelam, as it is very like that the ban of the Tamil Tigers in Canada will be lifted by this coalition government.
It will be good news for ‘terrorism’ and bad news for all who are fighting
‘terrorism’. |
